THE BEST EXPERIENCE... HANDS DOWN!!! I bought my car a little over a month ago at Edison Nissan, and have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now, but working two jobs and t I bought my car a little over a month ago at Edison Nissan, and have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now, but working two jobs and traveling for work… I’ve just been busy. I am busy, just like the rest of the world out there, and buying a new car wasn’t exactly at the top of my priority list… knowing from past experiences how painful of a process it can sometimes be. However, that all changed when I walked through the doors of Edison Nissan. My experience started online. Like many people, I have slowly started to regain my footing since the economic downturn. I researched car dealerships that specialize in working with people who have less than perfect credit. From that first phone call, I felt like I was going to be well taken care of, and I was right. My salesman was Belal, and he was great! At a time when I was nervous and not even sure I would leave with a car, he made sure I was happy, and informed throughout the entire process. I was comfortable with him immediately, and even when he was working with the finance department… He made sure I had what I needed while I waited (including finding me a charger as my iPhone was dying 30min into my appointment). He was very knowledgeable about his pre-owned inventory and helped me select a car that met all of my needs! I am now a very proud owner of a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Altima! The finance department, especially David Conklin, also made the experience painless. He was able to get me into the car I wanted and for the price I wanted to pay. I know it was NOT easy for him, and he worked so hard to make sure I was happy. I am so thankful he treated me like a family member, not just another customer. I can say that I have never had a more personalized experience, EVER! I will ASOLUTELY be returning to Edison Nissan to purchase my next vehicle, most likely the new beautifully redesigned Rogue, in the next two years! More

Then he even went out of his way to find me the Rogue I wanted, even though they didn't have one in stock. Called me EVERY day to keep me posted on the progress. No pressure and RESULTS. Get you new Nissan from Rich at Edison Nissan! More

Anthony made me feel comfortable and wasn't forcing me to make decisions I didn't want. In the end, I couldn't resist everyone was so welcoming and warm that I couldn't leave without a deal. They made it happen! As a first time car buyer I was unsure of the process, but Anthony and his team made it possible for me to walk out with a car that same night! It was amazing!
