They understood what I wanted to buy, gave me a great price and I was driving my new Nissan in less than an hour after I waleked in. They listen to my needs and accomodated me accordingly. This dealership, in opnion stands out as compared to other ones that I recently visited... I would definitely recommend anyone, who is in the market for a car to go see these guys in Edison. More

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE I was there to initially buy a car and then I was roped in to try the leasing. Service was good until I signed the papers. I do not want to mention na I was there to initially buy a car and then I was roped in to try the leasing. Service was good until I signed the papers. I do not want to mention names but from the top to the bottom was bad bad bad. delivering the car was an issue paper work was not sent in . Even calls were not returned. They promised to give my friend who did the recommendation $100.00. It never came through. My friend is sitting duck waiting for that check to come. Customer relationhip management is about closing the deal and following up after the deal . I will NOT send any friend there again! More

ALL THE WAY FROM PENNSYLVANIA TO GET A GOOD DEAL!!!! CAME ALL THE WAY FROM PA (2HRS) TO GET A BETTER DEAL THAT I COULD NOT GET IN MY OWN HOME TOWN NISSAN DEALERSHIP.
