POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE I was there to initially buy a car and then I was roped in to try the leasing. Service was good until I signed the papers. I do not want to mention na I was there to initially buy a car and then I was roped in to try the leasing. Service was good until I signed the papers. I do not want to mention names but from the top to the bottom was bad bad bad. delivering the car was an issue paper work was not sent in . Even calls were not returned. They promised to give my friend who did the recommendation $100.00. It never came through. My friend is sitting duck waiting for that check to come. Customer relationhip management is about closing the deal and following up after the deal . I will NOT send any friend there again! More

Since it is a complaint I would not mention names. They know the crappy service they gave on the Nisaan Rogue lease that was supposed to be have been delivered.

ALL THE WAY FROM PENNSYLVANIA TO GET A GOOD DEAL!!!! CAME ALL THE WAY FROM PA (2HRS) TO GET A BETTER DEAL THAT I COULD NOT GET IN MY OWN HOME TOWN NISSAN DEALERSHIP. They did it right I went to this dealership without thinking that I would be buying my new Nissan on the same day. I expected prolonged negotiations and the usual back I went to this dealership without thinking that I would be buying my new Nissan on the same day. I can say with gladness that Edison Nissan is the place to go for an incresible deal on a car. My wife and I needed a car and our credit wasn't the greatest. We met with a gentlemen by the name of Darren Katz AKA. The Darenator. It was by far a pleasurable experience which led us to get far more than we bargained for in a car. Mr. Katz pulled no strings and we were shown everything in the process. We were given a host of options. It was if he wasn't trying to sell us a car but the experience of buying a car with all the ins and outs. So if you want a good deal as well as an education go to Edison Nissan and ask for Mr. Darren Katz aka. The Darenator you will not be disappointed. Car Purchase at Edison Nissan My wife and I went to Edison Nissan after seeing a car that was advertised on their website. We requested more information on the car and that we wer My wife and I went to Edison Nissan after seeing a car that was advertised on their website. We requested more information on the car and that we were interested in it. Within 10 minutes we received a call about the car and we were told that we could meet with someone at Edison Nissan that day. Within 10 minutes we were at the showroom and we were helped by Anthony, He told us that there were a few cars that fit the description of what we were looking for and he showed them to us right away. We took the car on a test drive and liked it. We were not necessarily going to buy that day because we had another engagement that we needed to attend, however Anthony was so helpful and knowledgeable that we were able to make the purchase and still keep our scheduled appointment. We were very happy with the knowledge, friendliness and efficiency that were exhibited to us by Anthony and we would definitely recommend Edison Nissan to anyone that we know. More
