Before going to Edison Nissan we had been a number of showrooms - Toyota Hyundai and Nissan - we were not happy with the way the whole process started. At Edison Nissan we went around 2 pm and were greeted enthusiastically by Monica Gurcinaite. She has a thorough knowledge of the car (SUV- Nissan Rogue) and could compare and contrast with other vehicles in the same range. During test drive she explained the car with a lot of details. Price negotiations were kept to the minimum. We knew the price which we wanted to pay and after a couple of rounds the deal was finalized. The car was washed and documentation was completed within a couple of hours. The whole process took only around 4 hours and during this time we found the entire staff very friendly and helpful. Worst car dealers Extremely snobbish sales guys who lie through their teeth. Had gone there looking for a used car. As soon as i entered their showroom, i saw a sales guy talking rudely to a customer. That should have been a warning for me to get out immediately. But I thought - who cares? let's go ahead and guess what? Even i felt insulted with these guys' behavior. There are Lots of shady items in the mentioned price to jack it up. Their negotiation is just a facade to bring down the artificially padded up price. When you start asking them probing questions, they just become defensive and behave rudely. Avoid like plague. More
