Advertised Price Trickery Price advertised on the internet is WITH incentives which include new college grad and loyalty incentive so if you do not qualify for either of these Price advertised on the internet is WITH incentives which include new college grad and loyalty incentive so if you do not qualify for either of these the price of the car will jump $3,000 from the advertised price! Unless you read the small print you will not know this until you walk into the dealership. I will never buy a car here based on the lack of trust right off the bat and the big waste of time driving a total of 2 hours to look at the car. More
Harassment and Thievery After we had our 2012 preowned Elantra, we were notified by our salesman Darren K that the bank rejected our loan application. Already a Nightmare After we had our 2012 preowned Elantra, we were notified by our salesman Darren K that the bank rejected our loan application. Already a Nightmare coming to life, I was surprised at myself for taking the news so calmly as I heard myself telling him "ok, we are just not in the right car" My in laws surprised me by insisting on paying for the car in cash, as they knew we needed a vehicle desperately. THEN THE SALESMAN STARTED SHOWING THE TRUE COLORS OF THE DEAL AND HIS PERSONALITY: Had we not had our loan rejected, we would have spent over $3,000 More for the car. EVERY USED CAR ADVERTISED IN THEIR INVENTORY FOR $11,995 I was told I couldn't buy for LESS THAN $16,995. THEN I WAS HARRASSED WITH PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS EVERY 20min by this guy for the next 24 hrs. He jammed up my phone So Much, HE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO THINK ABOUT WHAT WE SHOULD DO NEXT. The dealership IS LOCATED 1.5 Hrs from our home, we have a 5 year old. EVERYTIME WE HAD SCHEDULED A TIME FOR US TO BRING THE CAR BACK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, I RECEIVED THREATS VIA TEXT 5-20min later that THEY WERE COMING TO TOW/REPO THE CAR FROM OUR HOUSE. THEY LIED AND LIED AND LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH THE CAR REALLY WAS: It was $16,995 Then he slipped and said that They owned it for $14,000 Then I was told $13,888 I was so beat up AND MY HUSBAND AND I DROVE IN THAT HORRENDOUS BLIZZARD FOR 2 hrs yesterday, risking our lives AND THE CAR IN THOSE DRIVING CONDITIONS ONLY FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW WHO IS ON OXYGEN CALL ME TO TELL ME THAT HE CALLED HER TO THREATEN THE TOW-She was gasping for air just to give me the message! My father in law Finally stepped in to pay them off so that we wouldn't be harassed again. Terrible, Horrible Phonies-WHO DONT KNOW THE WORD HONOR AND LOYALTY.
