SERVICE DEPT IS TERRIBLE I BOUGHT MY 2009 NISSAN PATHFINDER IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. IT TOOK THEM A DAY TO EVEN LOOK AT IT. THEY SAID IT WAS A BAD OXYGEN SENSOR. He was attentive, understanding, and knowledgable. And as a first time buyer, this is exactly what I needed to help me make the best decision. However, my experience at this dealership was affected when I tried to negotiate the price with the finance manager... He came off overly persistent and told me that the "bank" would not allow me to purchase the vehicle withoufh a warranty... Which added an additional $1,500 to the price of the car. I found this unreasonable at the bank has no interest in the car being covered by a warranty... I was under the impression that purchasing a warranty would be the buyers choice and not required by the dealership or bank... Instead of helping me reach the best financial decision for me, I felt as if the finance manager was just trying to make money out of me (which I do understand is their job)... Not to mention that I went to get the car serviced 3 days later, as suggested by the head of the service department, since the car needed a some touch ups. The service specialist at the desk, John, told me that He wouldn't be able to resurface the rear rooters at 3pm being that the department closes at 5. I explained that the manager Sam told me that I could come in after work on a wed or thursday and made no mention of a time limit. He didn't seem to pleasant or maybe he just wanted to go home, which I understand, but as a former sales employee I believe they need to improve their customer service skills. Love my car and I do feel I made the best decision in financing it but for the future, I hope the employees improve their people skills. More

Monika Is just an Amazing Service Provider!! I came down with a slight hope to buy a car in that too in doubt with a sleezy credit score, Monika was so fast in doing all the needed work in order I came down with a slight hope to buy a car in that too in doubt with a sleezy credit score, Monika was so fast in doing all the needed work in order to get me a loan approved that too for a good interest rate which was far better than i expected. She was able to get me in an out on the same day by me driving a brand new Infiniti M37X. Sales and Special Finance people should absolutely take Monika is a motivation and influence. Monika Goes the Extra Mile For You My husband and I were relocating from California and had already decided what car we wanted. When we called, super salesperson Monika Gurcinaite told My husband and I were relocating from California and had already decided what car we wanted. When we called, super salesperson Monika Gurcinaite told us about a rebate that was expiring before we were due to arrive in New Jersey that saved us $1,000, so we bought the car over the phone. When we did arrive to pick up the car, there was a glitch with our insurance company. They started the coverage on pickup day rather than purchase day and we were liable to lose the rebate if we did not get it straightend out. This took a couple of hours back and forth with our insurance company. During that time period, Monika was shaken by a call from her mother who had been the victim of a pit bull attack. This would have been reason for many people to postpone the hand off of the car, but she hung in there. Even though it was not her fault, Monika continued to wait with us until closing time while we negotiated with our insurance company to change the date. As a result, she missed her flight for her vacation and I'm sure it cost her money, but she took it like a champ. We have rarely seen such dedication to customer service. In addition, when it looked like the deal might be going south, Monika's office mate attempted to undermine her when she was out of the room by tellling us another model car from another manufacturer was a better vehicle. We were stunned that a co-worker would stoop so low, putting not only his co-worker's sale at risk, but hurting the dealership in general. We were so impressed at Monika's poise, grace, and good nature in the face of so many obstacles. I would not hesitate to recommend Monika and Edison Nissan. More
