Sale rep was helpful from start to finish. It was when the management got involved that turned my whole experience into a negative one. I spent a good penny on my purchase outright... and just for that experience alone I will never give Nissan another dime. Nissan needs to do better. Went to see a BMW that was priced competitively. Car wasn't initially there when we got there even though they claimed it was in the back. When the car arrived, it was dirty and obviously being us Car wasn't initially there when we got there even though they claimed it was in the back. When the car arrived, it was dirty and obviously being used by someone as a daily driver. Car had some bumper damage and stone chips. They took my key to evaluate my trade in. I asked what the cash price would be and had to wait 30 minutes while the manager calculated it out. The price advertised on the internet was used as a base and then $299 added for vin etching into the glass, $2000 added for loyalty rebate, $2100 for car prep and $3600 for "certified". This was $7700 over their advertised price. We were pretty horrified and demanded our key back. After another delay we got our key back and ran for the exit. Extreme waste of time. Take my advice and avoid this dealer like the plague. More
