"A burden lifted off my Shoulder" I had a vehicle with a very high negative equity. I ventured to the dealership to find out the car I was looking at was at the body shop and not able to be test driven. They had another car listed for the same price and I was able to test drive that one. Overall, the salesman was friendly and dedicated his time to my needs. After the test drive was over is when the process started going down hill. We got back to the dealership and started talking about price. IT TURNS OUT THAT EDISON NISSAN ADVERTISES PRICES ONLINE WITH FINE PRINT THAT PRICES ARE BASED ON YOU PAYING $2000. THIS MEANS ADD $2000 TO ANY PRICE YOU SEE ONLINE. ALSO THEY TACKED ON ANOTHER $1500 AS DEALERSHIP PROCESSING FEE. SO YOU REALLY NEED TO ADD $3500 TO THE ONLINE PRICE. Even with all that, I asked them to run the payments. He cam back with a 6 year quote at 8.5% interest. My credit score was in the top 5% of all borrowers. Overall, avoid this dealership at all cost unless you love paying HIDDEN FEES and HIGH INTEREST on your car loan. More
