Horrible Experience I had a very bad experience with Nissan Edison last weekend while I was there to buy new car. I went there with truecar certificate of price guarantee I had a very bad experience with Nissan Edison last weekend while I was there to buy new car. I went there with truecar certificate of price guarantee from Nissan Edison but were treated very unfairly. I was made to wait for over 45 minutes and no one was interested to serve me (probably due to truecar certificate). After registering my displeasure with front desk, I was assigned a sales rep who was very rude and had little interest in selling car. The price quoted to me was higher than what was mentioned on certificate and when I pointed out she asked me to read the fine prints. In the end, I walked out of the discussion and tried to inform her manager, but he did not found anything wrong with the whole fiasco. I did received the apology call from Dariel from dealership and he offered to match the truecar certificate price, but the whole experience was too traumatic for my family to even considering going back there. More

Worst dealership l have ever dealt with. Poor service. They should change their sales pitch buying a car from them was not fun and easy.
