Wasted my time, money and tried to cheat me out of a deal!!! BEWARE!! DONT DO ANY DEALS AT EDISON NISSAN!! This place is conniving and deceiving! I went in yesterday because The internet sales guy told me they c BEWARE!! DONT DO ANY DEALS AT EDISON NISSAN!! This place is conniving and deceiving! I went in yesterday because The internet sales guy told me they could beat my deal from another Nissan Dealership (which they never did btw). I was working with a salesmen who i thought was honest, Vincent Ferraro. We had a Lease deal on Paper, $1772 down (including fees) and $350/month for a Brand New 2017 Nissan Maxima SR Midnight edition. The deal was for 18,000 miles. This was constantly spoken about between Vincent, his GSM, me and my Father. We went in today to finalize the deal and agreed to put down $1772 and pay 350/month for the lease. We switched over the insurance, checked up all the credit info, worked with the Finance Manager, etc. MOST IMPORTANTLY I PAID THE $1772 ALREADY ON MY CARD. We are now waiting there for 4 hours while everything is happening (mind you this is a Saturday Night after closing hours). We are about to sign the papers and be on our way. The car was ready, we had even gotten all our documents, accessories, keys and paper plates. Literally everything was done except signing. I go to sign the paper and realize it says 12,000 miles. I told the finance manager this was a mistake. He goes to Vincent (Our Salesmen) and he acknowledges the error and goes to tell the GSM (I will update here when I get his name). The GSM tells him we can't do 18,000 miles at that price and tells Vincent to tell me the same. Vincent comes to us and tells us that we can't do 18,000 miles and he lies and says he never even discussed or said 18,000 miles. He said we were always talking about 12,000 miles. That is a big lie and he knows it because on the worksheet that HE wrote on to work out the deal, it says clearly 18,000 MILES! IN HIS OWN HANDWRITING!! This paper was in his drawer and he knew it too. My father and I are confused like "what's going on? Vince we were always talking about 18,000 miles, you even wrote it down. You (Vince) even said 18,000 miles/year and 54,000 miles total when we all 3 went to the cashier to pay and set up oil changes because I asked you how long the oil changes are covered and if they cover the entire 54,000 miles, to which you said yes". I said we have wasted 4 hours here and we agreed on 18,000 miles and now since we caught you doing some xx by making us sign a paper with 12,000 miles on it that you aren't going to honor what you said. The GSM came out and he said we are NOT doing 18,000 miles in a very distasteful voice. I told him that is what we discussed and paid for!! He said "the dealership is losing too much money, we aren't doing it, no!" I told him, even if that is the case, for the sake of courtesy, you should honor what we agreed to pay for. He said "Absolutely not, Get Out!". I'm like whoa, xxx? what do you mean get out. He said (Angrily), "You are not doing this deal so Get the xxxx out of here". I told him thats disgusting, how can you say that to me? We had a deal and your just going to flip the switch on me like that because we caught you trying to hoodwink us?!? You're lying and so is Vince. This is ridiculous. Ever heard of the customer is always right? You don't treat a customer like that. even if there is a misunderstanding, you should take the dive and honor the deal regardless because thats called good customer service. The worst part was that there was proof right in front of his eyes that we made the deal for 18,000 miles and he wouldn't look at it and he kept telling us to get the xxxx out. I'm appalled that 1. Vince, who we really hit it off with and we thought was nice, flipped the script on us and lied to save his own xxx with his GSM because he knew he was in a pickle. and 2. The GSM (name coming soon) who is just a terrible human being and doesn't know how to speak to be people, let alone customers. He still has not refunded me my payment (I have already called American Express). More

We explained that we were elderly and not well and if they couldn't meet our price, just tell us and we'll leave. After filling out paperwork for a credit check, the salesman went and spoke to his manager. When he returned, he said we had a deal for the maximum amount we quoted him. It was for a lease of a 2017 Nissan Sentra. He asked which color we wanted and said the vehicle was being brought up from their lot and prepped for us. We gave him a check for $2000 and $500 cash. I then called my insurance to add the Sentra and gave the salesman the approval to speak to my insurance. We called my insurance twice. The key and Sentra book was on our salesman's desk, We were given a service book and they scheduled our first oil change. Then we waited and waited and exchanged pleasantries with our salesman. Finally, another gentleman stopped by and asked if he could speak to us for a minute. We were taken into a room and told our credit put us in tier 8 and our monthly payment would be $100 more than we agreed to. We exploded, I jumped out of my chair and there was much yelling. After that other workers came over and everyone was yelling. They refused to return my $2500 since my chair hit their wall and some plaster came off. I called 911 and explained our situation. Four officers came, I explained the story and then they spoke to the dealership. Eventually our funds were returned with much aggravation. I am going to be 69 and have been ill for over 20 years. My wife is 65 and is also ill. Please do not visit this dealership. This was the most aggravating experience I ever had at an auto dealership. How can you do business like this? Take a customer's money, add the vehicle onto their insurance, schedule an oil change and then mention that the monthly amount was $100 more than what we originally told you? More
