Highly Recommend this Dealership I wasn’t gonna write this review. Truth be told, I hate writing reviews. But once in a while, you have to do things that you don’t want to do because I wasn’t gonna write this review. Truth be told, I hate writing reviews. But once in a while, you have to do things that you don’t want to do because at the end of the day people deserve to be recognized. I had been to dozens of car dealerships trying to get approved and all I heard was the same thing - you need more money down or you need a co-signer. It was like a broken record. I was ready to give up. Then I met Krystal. And while I am not a person who sees the best in people, something told me that this young lady was different. She didn’t answer my questions with more questions, she didn’t promise me the world, she even went as far as telling me that it wasn’t a 100% approval. But she did say she and her team would try their best. Finally, a truthful person. So I went to Edison Nissan, met with Krystal and her team, and I have to say I was blown away. How can so many dealerships treat you the same, give you the same answers, and then you find a diamond in the rough wiling to work with you situation. I can’t explain it. But it happened. Krystal hooked me up with Jude and Kristian, and the rest is history. The best cars I was offered at all the other places was a 2010 vehicle with almost 100,000 miles. Needless to say, I am driving a 2017 vehicle with 60,000 miles, fully equipped with Bluetooth and backup camera. And ONLY $1000 down! I was shocked, happy, excited, grateful, all at the same time! I don’t expect anyone to understand my struggle, but I do hope that people understand how hard it is to buy a car with limited credit and not a lot of money down. But Edison did it. And they did with integrity, honesty, and respect. I didn’t feel forced, lied to, or like less of a person. You want a car? Go speak to Krystal and Jude. Enough said. More

Rude salesmen, bait and switch sales tactic Saw a 2015 Infiniti Q50 for sale at Edison Nissan, and I reached out thinking it was a reputable dealer. The price listed online was $20,861, and I co Saw a 2015 Infiniti Q50 for sale at Edison Nissan, and I reached out thinking it was a reputable dealer. The price listed online was $20,861, and I confirmed with Crystal that this was the no haggle price. She said it doesn’t include some of the rebates, and when I asked her about what rebates were included, she retracted her statement and said that the price advertised was the selling price, there were no rebates. Her email even stated, “You May even qualify for further discounts with military, grad or loyalty rebates.” We get to the dealership and test drive the car, and when we get back inside to discuss pricing, Terrance says “so what’s your budget? If I can get this for $499 a month and $2,000 down, can we make a deal?” (He was referring to 72 month financing). I did the math really quickly and that brings the total price of the car with interest to $37,900, on a $20k car. I asked him how he got that number, and he said the cost of the car was $30k (window sticker said $26,995), and the rest was tax title interest. I showed him all the emails and he kept brushing it off, but he said that he’ll honor the pricing and go talk to his manager. 20 minutes later he comes back with a new number, $2000 down, and $550 a month for 72 months, ($42,000) for a car advertised at $20k, market value at around $24k. I told him there’s no way I’m paying $42k for a $20k car, and he said that the car may be $20k, but the rest is interest. Tax title and doc would be max $3,000, that’s still $19,000 in interest. I asked him where he thinks he could get a car loan with a 99% APR. He starts to tell us that auto loans are typically that high (False: Auto Loans range anywhere from 0% to 5% apr for someone with great credit), but as a first time buyer, we can get a lower rate. He then tries to educate us on how to “beat the system”, by saying that if you pay over term, it’ll be 99% apr but if you pay just another $100 or so a month, you can pay off a year sooner and “save like $13,000 in interest. that’s how you beat the system.” At this point we’re ready to leave and he asks me what kind of car my friend who I came with drives, and we told him how my friends car was $26,145 including tax title fees, and My friend put $3000 down and I’m only paying $350 at 2.2% for 72 months. Terrance tells me that’s impossible, and that’s probably a lease (as if my friend wouldn’t know if he bought or leased a car), but the math adds up ($23145/72=$321 per month + interest). Instead of stopping this conversation, Terrance CONTINUES to burn the bridge and pulls out his calculator and asking my friend to see the bill of sale on his car. We walked out as quickly as we could. More
