Worst Service Experience Ever. On October 31, 2020 I brought my 2017 Nissan Murano, which has 7987 miles on the odometer, in because of an oil leak from the AWD system which is covered under a technical brought my 2017 Nissan Murano, which has 7987 miles on the odometer, in because of an oil leak from the AWD system which is covered under a technical service bulletin. This was fixed once already this year from this dealership with no problems. After having the service department verify there is an oil leak. Fernando decided not to fix the car. Fernando decided to write that the oil leak was coming from the oil filter and oil drain plug because it was left loose. he wrote they tightened the items up and cleaned the area. Since I do my own oil changes I knew he was lying and called him out on it. You could see the guilt on his face when I explained to him that he was being untruthful. But he made the willful decision to continue lying and entered his false statements into the computer system. He did show me where they cleaned the area where the oil was leaking. He flatly denied to fix the AWD system and told me to leave the dealership. When I got home I put the Car on the ramp and saw new fresh gear oil leaking again. The car is still covered under the power train warranty. I bought the car from this dealership. The question is why would Fernando lie and not fix my car? Why would the dealership treat a customer so badly? Where do I go from here to get my car fixed? More

Total scam. I bought a car and within a week it was back at their service with issues. I then find out that it was never serviced in the first place when I originally bought it.
