Gabriella was in communication with me and assured me they can help me. I am 87 years old and live in Brooklyn . I couldn’t come out there. Abeth told me they would deliver the car for me if I liked our deal. Abeth was so helpful and nice. He came to reliever the car and also took time to show me how everything works. I came to upgr Vincent provided the best customer experience that I’ve ever experienced and the level of care he provided was beyond my expectations. I came to upgrade my leased Nissan Rogue for a new Rogue and he explored all my options and was very detailed when helping me choose. He doesn’t just care about making a sale, but addresses all your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable when it comes to products, quality, price, and personal being. I would recommend Edison Nissan to anyone and make sure to ask for Abeth Vincent. Thank you Abeth😊 More
I never write reviews but I had such a great experience I really felt the need to ( I literally told all my friends and family to come here!) I went in there a few days ago looking for a new car and Abeth V really felt the need to ( I literally told all my friends and family to come here!) I went in there a few days ago looking for a new car and Abeth Vincent helped me right away. His professionalism and his knowledge was second to none. I went to so many other dealerships and I left because I truly felt like I was being taken advantage of. At this location, I truly felt like he was genuinely trying to help me and get me into a better/safer car. Thank you guys so much for giving me a great experience and thank you Abeth for getting me my new Pathfinder! More
Classic bait and switch as other have said. My daughter wanted to purchase a used Mazda CX-5 and the price was fair at 18,995. I'm expecting the usual BS fees ($150 for a computer fee?) but was shocked at wanted to purchase a used Mazda CX-5 and the price was fair at 18,995. I'm expecting the usual BS fees ($150 for a computer fee?) but was shocked at just how deceitful they were. First they wanted to charge her $3000 for "certification" The salesman Zeke explained that they had to "certify" the car and someone had to pay for it. He then told me it was mandatory and non-negotiable. Meanwhile he's showing us the rest of this handwritten hard to follow invoice. $799 for window etching, uh no. Take that off. Then he mentions they have a special promotion for return buyers they would automatically receive $2,000 off there next purchase but alas we can't qualify for that. OK I get that. I told him we would not buy the car if the $3,000 certification fee was included. He offered to take $1,500 off I told him we would pay $0 or we would walk. He then says he will see what he can do. After ten minutes he returns with Phil. Phil explains to me that the $3,000 is optional but we should buy it because of all the benefits. As he's explaining it to me it is clear this is an extended warranty so Zeke either didn't know or lied to us and of course calling it a "certification" fee is complete BS. Anyway Phil goes over the cost of the car and then the monthly finance cost. My daughter was pre-approved for a loan at 2.65%. Her cost after the down payment per month should have been around $300 a month. Phil tells her it will be $425. I'm looking at that and I politely ask Phil why is it so much higher. First he claims that her pre-approved loan rate was just an estimate. Uh, no it's not Phil. Then he says the amount being financed was wrong. How could the be Phil? Well it doesn't include the $2,000 return buyer discount we were not eligible for. Say what Phil? Yeah they added $2,000 to the price of the car. In addition to all of that the interest rate they were going to charge her on her loan was 12% based on the monthly payment he quoted her. Avoid Edison Nissan. I also can't wait for the reply asking me to call them about this because I will and I'll be happy to update everyone. More
Come to them for an oil change with the coupe they sent out. The service advisor Chris Caturano said the coupon was invalid because they didn't have the conventional oil as they promoted, they used lube oi out. The service advisor Chris Caturano said the coupon was invalid because they didn't have the conventional oil as they promoted, they used lube oil. Lube oil? Not conventional, not synthetic but lube oil. LOL. which I knew it was a lie. Avoid any business with this group sales and service if possible. Add more to this, I brought the car to them for routine oil changes, but they failed to detect a transmission fluid leak on the inspection report them claimed it passed auto transmission fluid inspection when the car had zero fluid in it due to the leak. It means first, the service not only lied but also didn't do the job they were supposed to do. Second, Nissan car had a bad quality considering the car only had 33k miles, especially on their CVT.
