This was an unbelievable and awful experience. I have been customer of Edison Nissan for past 10+ yrs and also I have referred plenty of friends and family to this dealership DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! I have been customer of Edison Nissan for past 10+ yrs and also I have referred plenty of friends and family to this dealership and to Bikram aka Biki (sales rep). today 05/18/21 because the deal could not work out on new nissan Rouge, they would not return my keys of my car which i drove to the dealership. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING HELD HOSTAGE. I ASKED SO MANY TIME WITH RESPECT TO PLEASE GIVE MY KEYS BACK SO I CAN LEAVE AND MAYBE COME BACK SOME OTHER DAY. BUT BOTH THE MANAGER ON THE FLOOR KEPT ON SAYING LETS TALK THIS OUT N MATCH THE NUMBER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND THAT YOUR KEYS ARE WITH MECHANIC. THERE WERE CUSTOMER PRESENT, FINANCE MANAGER, AND OTHER SALES REPS WITNESSING ME ASKING FOR MY PROPERTY BACK. WHICH THE FLOOR MANAGER WAS TRY TO CONVINCE ME TO STAY, I SAID I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS ARE HOLDING ME HOSTAGE AND I SAID xxxx NO TO THE DEAL. AT THAT MOMENT MY SALES REP BIKRAM (AKA BIKI) WHO I HAVE KNOWNED FOR SO LONG AND MADE SO MANY DEALS WITH HIM TOLD ME TO GET OUT AND DONT COME BACK AGAIN. I STOOD THERE HUMILIATED WHILE STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO GIVE ME MY CAR KEYS BACK. THIS DEALERSHIP HAD NO REASONS TO TAKE MY KEYS BECAUSE MY CAR WAS STILL UPFRONT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE KEY BACK, ONE OF THE FLOOR MANAGERS MADE A JOKE WHILE I WAS WALKING OUT. PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS GOING THERE, IM NOT ASKING YOU TO STOP DOING YOUR BUSINESS BUT JUST DO NOT HAND THEM YOUR KEYS BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT EXACTLY HAPPEND. More
