I recently purchased a used 2016 Nissan Sentra for my son and it has been NOTHING but a nightmare. Our experience has been VERY unpleasant. We declined the extended warranty and it was downhill after that ( I guess paying cash and not paying $2,000 in extended warranty is definitely a NO NO)The car was back at the dealership within days because it had issues. We had issues with getting the repairs done on the bumper in a timely fashion. We were constantly given the run around regarding the permanent plates. Finally we received a call that the plates were in but was disrespected by the finance person (Les/Lesley). NEVER again would we give this establishment our business...
