Finance Department Review (2 Stars ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆) While my experience with the sales team at Edison Nissan was fantastic, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. On Friday, 2/14/2025, experience with the sales team at Edison Nissan was fantastic, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. On Friday, 2/14/2025, I signed a contract for $570/month, which included a maintenance package for oil changes and tire rotations for the full term of the lease. At the time, Nissan had not yet confirmed my financing tier with the bank, yet they still had me sign the paperwork. The next morning, I called to remove the maintenance package, which should have lowered my payment to $545/month. At that point, Nissan finally confirmed my tier, removed the package, and adjusted my payment. However, I was confused as to why I received a lower tier despite having a 705+ credit score and being a previous Nissan Financial customer with an excellent payment history. When I went back to sign what I believed was a new contract for $545, it was still $570. Mike from finance had spoken with me three times before I arrived but never mentioned that my payment hadn't changed. Had I known this upfront, I would have kept my original contract with the maintenance package included. This issue arose because Nissan had me sign paperwork prematurely before confirming my tier. Unfortunately, it became clear that their priority is pushing deals through quickly rather than ensuring transparency for the customer. 🔹 Sales team? Excellent. 🔹 Finance department? Be cautious, especially if you're not familiar with the car-buying process. If you're a single female or someone new to leasing, ask plenty of questions and demand clarity before signing. I highly recommend the sales team, especially David Thomas, but my experience with the finance department left a bad taste. Transparency should always come first. More

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. They aggressively promote vehicle service contracts tied exclusively to their location, often using misleading claims to sell these co disappointing. Despite advertising a flexible cancellation policy, they fail to honor refund requests and remain unresponsive to inquiries. When I attempted to address the issue, the staff was unprofessional, arrogant, and even threatening in their behavior. Additionally, the advertised vehicle price was deceptive, with hidden fees adding up to approximately $3,000 in additional dealership charges. This lack of transparency and poor customer service reflects poorly on their business practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
We was just driving around taking a look at different cars and then the dealer Zeke came out and greeted my husband and I. We talked a little about what our interest was and what we should do. After doing some research I came to Edison Nissan on Election Day. I was greeted by "Bic" Sadhar on the lot. I told him what I was looking for. At his desk the process was stress free did not take much time. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rouge. I stayed within my budget and could not be happier. More
this is the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I just lost my mom and then totaled my vehicle in an accident. Information like my BRAND NEW CAR OFF THE LOT being demoed out in between me test driving and buying (a weekend) was omitted and lied about. straight up lied by 3 dealers that the car came from the factory with 800 miles on it when I test drove it it had 11 miles. There are multiple damages on the vehicle and then they can’t even keep up with a promise to call and resolve in a timely manner. I allowed them a. full day when I was told I would be contacted first thing Monday morning and no one ever contacted me. Someone took a knife to the seat (what looks like) and then SEWED IT UP like I wouldn’t notice. It’s still in the process of not being handled with an ounce of professionalism. More
