I was concerned that with his moving, the relationship and report I'd built with him would be thrown away by the dealership. However, Shannon treated me with a high level of respect and offered me the same preference and treatment with my car that Rick has over the years. I appreciate that they have always accommodated my schedule since I live four hours away and could go to a closer dealer. The facility is clean and comfortable and the car is done when promised. The staff are all friendly and helpful and I know my sales person will answer any questions I have, even after a year since the purchase. More

Excellent Customer Care I hit a curb the other night in the rain and damaged a tire and was not able to drive on it. I called my dealer, Kirk, to let him know the car was co I hit a curb the other night in the rain and damaged a tire and was not able to drive on it. I called my dealer, Kirk, to let him know the car was coming in for a repair. I was stressed when I called and he was patient and reassuring. He notified the service department that my car would be in for service. Kirk even helped me arrange for a driver for me when my car was towed. I dealt with David in the service department for the repair. He let me know an estimate on the repair and when I could expect the car would be ready for pick-up. David also got me set-up with a loaner so I could keep my appointments and not disrupt my schedule. He called me to update me on the progress. He even had the service completed much earlier than he promised which was such a nice surprise! Kirk and David saved my day! You guys are great! More
