She was able to comp the (second ) required diagnostic fee and also made sure I was charged as fairly as possible. Also she arranged shuttle back and forth from home in a timely manner. More

In my experience, EP Nissan has the correct business model of employing the best people to create the the most outstanding customer experience (Customer Delight) which creates the highest bottom line. Studies have revealed that when someone has a bad experience somewhere, they will tell on average 20 people about it. If they have a good, or expectedly good experience, they will not feel the need to share this with anyone. If they experience Customer Delight, they will share this with everyone, when conversations related to the particular type of service is being discussed. This type of customer loyalty cannot be purchased by having the "correct processes" in place. This is true in both sales and service situations. It is always about the people. People create trust, and when customers develop trust in a business, they will share their experiences. If a friend tells me I must visit a certain business or service establishment, I trust that it will be good. Businesses spend thousands on advertising to get people in the door, thus adding to the bottom line, and trusting in a process, but not having the best people employed makes the need to keep spending that money. Customers aren't stupid, they know when they are being pushed, and this creates distrust. I will never return to a business where I feel this. When a business like EP Nissan has the right people who are there for the client's wants and needs, there is no need for compensation packages that require pressure sales, and upselling in service to be part of their paychecks. This business model creates personnel loyalty, which in turn creates customer loyalty, which creates long term financial success for that business. All of this is to say my service experience with Dave (service writer) and the technician working on my car was outstanding. I knew going in for my regular service that my tires needed replacing. They explained that my tire situation was needing attention, and explained the safety issues involved, of which I was already aware. I chose to not get tires then, but felt no pressure at all. This keeps me returning to this dealership. More

The friendly and helpful representative was very reassuring and worked with me to get my car in for repairs. AAA was able to get my car started so headed toward my dealership and phoned them with an update. They got me right in, check my car over, performed scheduled maintenance and got me back on the road quickly! Very pleased with the personal service AND the comfortable waiting area (with snacks and WiFi). Big thanks to everyone at Eden Prairie Nissan! More
