Great experience all around! I arrived a half hour early for my first oil change and tire rotation, no problem I got right in. Jesse was very friendly, professional and courteous, took care of the paper work quickly and directed me to the lounge--the best dealer lounge I've ever experience.. Jesse told me she would come for me as soon as my car was ready. About 45 minutes later she found me and directed me to the counter so I could pay for the service (minus the coupon--a great deal), Jesse gave me my key and directed me to my car.
