Routine Maintenance I scheduled myself for the first service appointment of the day at 6:30am. The service department opened on time. David Estepp was my service advi I scheduled myself for the first service appointment of the day at 6:30am. The service department opened on time. David Estepp was my service advisor. I was very pleased with his work. He gave me the maximum discount I could receive from the coupon booklet I presented. He scheduled the passenger side air bag replacement (recall) which I mistakenly believed was done already when the driver side air bad was replaced (recall). He said the maintenance would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete; and it was done in that time frame. Good job, Dave! More

You are missing a vital part of the human relationship. Why not close the loop and keep customers loyal to you? Suggestion: In addition to personal follow up think about engaging sales people with customers who are twiddling their time away on sight in the waiting lounge. A polite inquiry about reviewing the lates cars and features might bring in even more sales. More

When I arrived it was pointed out that there was an additional routine bu important service recommended at this time, I wholeheartedly agreed to having it done. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours; I expected the latter time. I was surprised in the waiting room when it was completed in 45 minutes! You have a great crew in your service department! More

My experience with this dealership has been just the opposite...they tell me when things I thought needed attention are fine, and do NOT need replacement, etc. More
