I have been a customer at Feldmann since 1996 and have worked with Jesse Nelson for several years on my last 2-3 car leases. He shows me the little details in, on or about the car that I probably would never find on my own. He makes that transactions quick and painless. I'm very comfortable with Jesse. I like that he makes follow-up calls to be sure I am happy with my car well after the transaction has been completed. I've worked in some form of Customer Service all my life, including sales. Jesse is the epitome of Customer Service in my book. He's very professional and respectful while still making me feel like an old friend.
