Eden Prairie Nissan struggled to correctly conduct the trade and sale of my new vehicle. They were clearly informed at the time of sale that my trade in was registered to SD, and the new vehicle was also trade and sale of my new vehicle. They were clearly informed at the time of sale that my trade in was registered to SD, and the new vehicle was also going to registered in SD. Despite this, they confiscated and destroyed my SD plates upon trade in. This is a direct SD and Federal violation, as license plates are considered owned property in SD. As a result, the incorrectly attempted to register my new car with the license plates which were destroyed and considered "stolen property" at the SD DMV. Shayne, and several other members of the sales and services team neglected to clarify information and correct this issue over the course of several months. My temp tags expired, and their response was "don't worry, most of the time MN cops don't even care and it shouldn't result in a ticket". This is not only illegal advice, but it also put me into a position of potentially being fined or ticketed in SD. Even up to the date that I informed them of this plate and registration issue, they were still under the assumption that the sale was registered for MN. Shayne continued to repeatedly control the phone conversation, interrupting me constantly before hanging up with a "rock on" message. As a customer who has become frustrated with the miscommunications on the part of dealership, I found this to be extremely condescending and frustrating. They have taken little to no accountability, blaming third parties for relaying false information. This all comes after I had already requested to keep my original plates at the time of sale. More
I liked the process; how easy it was to purchase my vehicle. Called Shane Mahowald and discussed getting a new car as my lease was up. I completed the credit request online and texted photos of my license and insurance. I was approved the next morning and arranged to be at the dealership by 1:15 to complete the transactions. I met Shane and Philip J Trovato, who took out my old mats and washed them for me, and put them into my new car. I then sat down with Lisa Wolters (Business Manager), to my surprise all of the leasing information and documentation was already prepared and ready to sign. The pricing had already been discussed, and there were no surprises. It was unbelievable how organized this dealership is. The total time from arriving at the dealership and completing the transaction, and driving away with my new car was only 40 minutes. Before leaving Shane and Philip had my Nissan app on my phone and my cell phone programmed to the new Rogue. I have had nothing but great experiences with Shane and the team at Eden Prairie Nissan in purchasing all my vehicles for the last 5 years. I can't say enough for my praises, appreciation, and recognition of the Eden Prairie Nissan team. I will be coming down again very soon to get my wife her new car. The trip is @ 45 minutes and I pass several other Nissan dealerships, but I trust only going to this dealership because of the great experiences and customer service. I also bought the Service Contract for the oil changes and tire rotations. This was the easiest, fastest, and best experience in purchasing a car, I have ever had. They sold me KUHMO SOLUS TA11 ALL SEASON tires that had a 75,000 mile warranty on my Pathfinder. These tires 75,000 mile warranty on my Pathfinder. These tires they recommended- lasted under 35,000 miles. That is ONLY 1/2 LIFE THAT IS EXPECTED UNDER "WARRANTY". I called and spoke with Shannon- Service Manager- and she said that there really is NO warranty on tires- unless its a manufacture defect and a claim is made. I WILL NEVER BUY KUMHO AGAIN!! And TIRES really have NO WARRANTY like miles. She advised me on 3 new tire brands-- that were NOT KUMHO! More
I purchased my 2023 rogue platinum online from Eden Prairie. It was a very professional purchase. I did not have any problems. All my questions were answered and response was quick. I had it delivered and was very happy to not see a sticker on my car with their dealership because it takes away from the beauty of the car. I would buy another Rogue from them. I live in South Dakota 5 hrs away and the delivery fee was just $500. I love it! It is as nice as it looked online. My only complaint was I wish it would have been washed and shined up before sending off to me. I wanted it to look brand spanking new. I had it detailed and it looks fantastic now. I thank everyone at Eden Prairie for everything. I appreciated everyone. More
My family, friends and I only purchase or lease our Nissans from Kirk Rose at Eden Prairie Nissan. I just leased my brand new quick and nimble Rogue and completely love it because I am saving a ton o Nissans from Kirk Rose at Eden Prairie Nissan. I just leased my brand new quick and nimble Rogue and completely love it because I am saving a ton of money because the mpg is close to double more than I was getting with my truck. And I don't loose much cargo space because the back is very spacious. Especially because the rear seats fold down. Our list of vehicles from Kirk so far: My friend Maxima, my sister Frontier, my mother Rogue, my brother in law Frontier, my sister Altima and myself 17' Rogue & 24' Rogue. We go and see Mr. Rose for all of our Nissan needs because of his extensive vehicle knowledge and amazing customer service. Thanks for helping all of us. We will be back! More

I met Kirk Rose when I was thinking about getting another Murano. Had owned one several years ago and wanted another one because it was a great car.
