LIARS Bought a used 2012 Passat and 4 days later I took it in because of road noise. They advised that the car needed an alignment and 4 new tires. Since I Bought a used 2012 Passat and 4 days later I took it in because of road noise. They advised that the car needed an alignment and 4 new tires. Since I had traveled to KC for work I was over the 500 mile mark and of course the alignment wasn't under warranty (b/c in their words it could have happened from pot holes). I asked if they checked the alignment or tires when they receive used cars before they sell them. They said the only thing they check is the engine. I ended up having to spend $110 to get my alignment done. After reading more reviews and my experience I will NEVER go back there again. If your thinking of buying a used car from here PLEASE ask them to check the alignment and for new tires. More

Told them I wanted to lease a car, spent the whole day working on a 2014 only to find out the screwed up, I could only lease a 2015. Went back and found a 2015 to lease. They told us $309 a month. Waited for OVER AN HOUR only to have finance tell us it's going to be $486 a month! We left and the entire staff, led by the GM, chased us through the parking lot! It was horrifying, I left there crying. More

Happy in the end!! Chris Jonkers saved us!! He was great and has called a few times to check us since leaving the lot. Less than 24 hours after buying our car I thought Chris Jonkers saved us!!
