Great experience Earl Fitzgerald was awesome. Buying a car can be a pain but he made it a lot easier. After driving a couple vehicles, we found the one I needed and Earl Fitzgerald was awesome. Absolutely terrible I purchased a used 2010 VW GTi, from Mike Steven VW, signed the paperwork, called the bank for a cashiers check. Went back to the dealer; handed them I purchased a used 2010 VW GTi, from Mike Steven VW, signed the paperwork, called the bank for a cashiers check. Went back to the dealer; handed them the check; they brought the car around front; I gave a quick visual inspection of the vehicles condition. Said thank you and drove off the lot... I immediately saw a couple of faults on the display; Turned back around and returned to the dealer. Tire pressure was low and a back-up light was out... I told my sales person and he came back to me telling me I needed to pay 50% for the repair--I was reasoned to this position based on the low cost of my vehicle. $17.50 is what I was told I had to pay. I was treated rudely for questioning this and told by the Manager that his intent was to "not to listen to my banter but to get me out of the dealership". I decided i'd rather lose the $399 documentation fee, than to be belittled to a point of embarrassment and then return to a dealership for servicing, or maintenance, where they had disrespected me as a customer/person. I took my $16068.03 check back from the finance individual and left the dealership. I cant even believe they took $399 from me when I barely left the lot. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More

horrified at the so called service Went to pick up my car at the dealership after them having it for 45 to 50 days, the car had cigarette wrappers and smell, the car was trashed, we fou Went to pick up my car at the dealership after them having it for 45 to 50 days, the car had cigarette wrappers and smell, the car was trashed, we found used chapstick and found a Budweiser bracelet from a club or beer tent activity, Starbucks trash and other personal trash from whomever they allowed to drive my car, the work orders only showed the car had been driven 25 miles but the gage read over 800 miles had been put on my car. This is ridiculous and outrageous, we trusted this dealership and service center to uphold their reviews and standards . More

He came to the accident site, helped remove my belongings from the wrecked car and called to check on me over the following days. The dealership has bent over backwards to take care of me as I wait to replace the new vehicle that was wrecked. I trust the integrity of the VW company and Mike Steven Volkswagen. I believe that the safety features of my Passat saved me from serious injury or worse the day of the accident on the highway. That's why I buy VW - safety, integrity, and unparalled service at Mike Steven VW. Thanks Nathaniel for all you do! More

Who promoted the manager to manager?? After arriving ready to purchase the perfect car at the perfect price, we were told that they miss labeled the price and we had no idea what to think. After arriving ready to purchase the perfect car at the perfect price, we were told that they miss labeled the price and we had no idea what to think. Dreams crushed!! We tried our best to bargain with the price (which meant we were going to spend more) and then we ended up talking to the manager. Unfortunately. After expressing our discuss with the situation, we basically were told to xxxx off because we wanted to pay the price that was labelled and we were even prepared to pay more for it. At that point there is no sense in talking to someone who won't even work with us so we left. Hey mike Steven, it's not our fault you overpaid for a trade in, and it's not our fault the car was miss labelled, so there is no reason to sit there shun us for being disappointed! You have forever lost our business and We will make sure others hear this story. Many things could have been forgiven if the manager was working for the better of the customer, and not his own personal agenda. On a side note. Sales folk were friendly. More
