Dear Mr. Robles, Thanks for your review. I'm glad Leigh and Seth did a good job for you on your vehicle purchase and got you approved for your loan. They are great guys to work with and worked very hard to get you where you wanted to be. However, when you buy a car and sign paperwork, at most dealers, you own the car the minute you walk out the door. We offer a 7-day money back return policy where there is a slight penalty of a few hundred dollars to return the car you had for a few days after you bought it. This way, you have the ability to get out of the contract if you do not want the car. Leigh was informed to offer you the ability to waive the fee if you wanted to switch cars. Since you did not read your paperwork which clearly states the policy, we apologize for the inconvenience. A lot of our customers like this policy instead of being tied to a contract and car they may not want after the sale. We do appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

Thanks for your review Roger. I believe your review is a little misleading. We display our cost online. This works well for us and we always leave it up to the customer to determine how much profit we should make on the car. It works very well and customers even compliment us on how the process works. The price on the window is fair market value or asking price. Reading your review, you state that the price on the windshield is our cost, this is not true. We always work with price and are flexible with everyone. I'm glad you found yourself a great deal and hope your happy with your purchase. Make sure to keep in mind, Ladies day is every Tuesday and you can get an additional 10% off your service and while you wait we also have free manicures and pedicures as well.

We appreciate everyone's inquiry when they are looking for a particular vehicle. This particular gentleman had inquired about a specific vehicle and we are aways upfront with every purchase. As most people search online to find a vehicle they like, we always post our cost online so consumers know what we actually own the vehicle for. We do ask fair market value. We do not ask that you pay the full amount, all we ask for is a reasonable offer. This gentleman could have got himself a great deal on a car, but instead, decides to blame us and not put forth any effort in finding a great deal. It is a car he might not have inquired on otherwise. We always work with everyone with price, as long as we are on a vehicle they believe will work for them. Of course, he also forgot to mention in his negative review that all of our pre-owned inventory has a 7-day moneyback return policy, 3 free oil changes, and our "we pay half" warranty for anything mechanical after the sale is hands down the best in the business.

I have spoken with Mr. Hudson.. The items he is referring to are normal wear and tear. We test all batteries when we inspect to make sure there is plenty of life in them, but batteries can, all of a sudden, go out with no warning. We make sure there is at least 50% of tread wear on all pre-owned vehicles. If its less, then that vehicle will get a new set of tires. We don’t just put new tires on every pre-owned vehicle. As for the last issue regarding the windshield, we are a Volkswagen dealer. The car Mr. Hudson purchased is a pre-owned Acura. It’s a nice car.. however, when used vehicles go through our reconditioning process, there would be no way of knowing who ever had the car, replaced the windshield and glued the clips in. I’m sure our service department would have been more than willing to work with him. This is why we specifically have a 50/50 warranty after the sale. In other words, anyone who buys a pre-owned vehicle from us who wants something done after the sale is only required to pay for 50% of the bill. Most dealers do not pay anything or at most only 10%.. We put this in place for 30days after the sale. We have also extended this in certain situations. His platinum warranty will cover a lot that could go wrong with his vehicle, however it will not cover wear and tear items like batteries, tires, or windshields. Engine components, Electrical, etc are some of the things that could be covered, which he needs to review in his paperwork. This particular customer purchased her vehicle a couple years back and got a great deal. Since then we have been selling a lot of new and pre-owned vehicles and could use her vehicle back on our lot. In return, instead of buying vehicles from auctions and incurring those expensive costs, we can put more money in her vehicle and offer an upgrade at a great deal. However, this customer wants the special (which all manufacturers offer specials on entry level vehicles) and because of her need to have extra options.. ie Moonroof, Leather, higher trim..etc, we cannot her deal together at numbers she would like. Because of this, we are liars, jerks, and rude. However, what the customer fails to understand is when she wants more features than the advertised lease special, she has to pay for them. Its easy to blame everyone else, when the fact of the matter is this customer is being extremely difficult. We strive to do our very best to put all car deals together. Matter of fact, almost everyone who wants to buy a car, leaves our lot in a new or pre-owned vehicle and is extremely happy. Taking care of our customers before and after the sale is what we do.
