Do not go to this dealer at all!!!!! In the beginning it was a decent experience, it was when I started to do business with them things had turn to the worse. Long story short do not sign anything until your absolutely sure you want the vehicle. The finance dealer will not tell you everything on the contract, he will make you feel like your going to receive your money back 100% back grantee. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!!!!! So do not sign anything nor put payment down until your absolutely sure you want that car. More
Avoid - Spare yourself the grief and waste of time Did you notice the somewhat reasonable price on the windshield? So do many other prospective car buyers. And what you will discover, like everyone e Did you notice the somewhat reasonable price on the windshield? So do many other prospective car buyers. And what you will discover, like everyone else, is that price is not what the car sells for. Some brilliant person at this dealership came up with a very troublesome scheme to get people in the door with what appears to be an advertised price, then they try to get salesmen to convince customers into believing that the price on the window is dealer cost, and that the actual price is well above that, and for this "honest" disclosure, it is only fair that you should pay more. Absurd. I couldn't take it and got up and left. It's no wonder customers walk out of there all the time, and this has to be rough on sales people too. It is a wonder why this dealership would continue to operate in this fashion, creating the same scenario with customers over and over. I later found a newer car in better condition with fewer miles and saved over $2000 with little difficulty. I should be a buyer for this dealership if I can find cars so much cheaper than they presumably can. R in Wichita More

They list prices on autotrader and cars.com - then when you call them up, they tell you the prices are $3k higher...apparently, the price they list online is what they own the car for (their cost). I have bought 15 cars in my lifetime - all were found online and I have never encountered a situation where the price they list on autotrader is 3k less than what the actual price is. Bill told me that they planned on making at least 3k profit on the M3 I inquired on, and he would not negotiate on price whatsoever. Car was listed at 34,200 - they told me I could purchase for 36999 and nothing less. I guess they've never heard of bait and switch? Pretty shady if you ask me. More
Awful Overall Experience I have never Yelped before, but felt compelled to notify all potential customers of my experience before they decide that this is the type of dealersh I have never Yelped before, but felt compelled to notify all potential customers of my experience before they decide that this is the type of dealership that they want to work with... I bought my car back in July of 2015. This was my first car purchase ever and had done all of my research on the car I was looking at prior to heading to the dealership. I was able to get a reasonable price on the car given multiple back-and-forths amongst myself and the management at the dealership. First off, would like to say that our salesman, Nick, was a very kind salesman that wasn't too pushy and allowed me to make my own decision. He has called me several times since the purchase, following up on what I thought of the vehicle, how it was running, etc. This is good and all until they offer no help when things actually go wrong, which they did... Here are things that I have had replaced since buying the car: 1. New battery - car died 2 weeks following the purchase (I shrugged this off since it was such a minor fix and is expected when purchasing a used car, although I would have assumed that a "good" and "respected" dealership would have replaced this prior to selling to a potential customer) 2. New tires (another problem I shrugged off, but maybe shouldn't have) 3. New windshield/seal (this is where I actually spoke up, but to no success) As I have mentioned, this most recent problem (the windshield seal) was very poorly replaced in a prior windshield replacement and the clips were actually GLUED to the structure/frame of the car. I called Mike Steven's Volkswagen only to find out that "they couldn't have possibly known of this problem" and that I would have to eat the cost to replace. Getting calls from the salesmen is fine and nice and all, until they merely run away when a problem (or 3) actually occurs. Moreover, it just so happens that the warranty that I purchased (the most expensive and comprehensive warranty, "Platinum") through them has not been "Platinum" whatsoever and has not covered any of these problems. So when deciding whether to purchase a car through Mike Steven's, or some other dealership in town, I hope that this review has made you think twice about (or confirmed) your decision. And in case you still feel obligated to buy your next car from Mike Stevens, then try shaving $1,500 off whatever you have in mind for miscellaneous repairs, undoubtedly, soon down the road. UPDATE: messages that I left for the general managers were not returned following the complaint about the windshield; funny how their attitude and professionalism has changed... More

They are snakes. When I leased my Passat in December 2013 I specifically asked the salesman (Frank) if there was a charge at the end of the lease. He left me to ask. A When I leased my Passat in December 2013 I specifically asked the salesman (Frank) if there was a charge at the end of the lease. He left me to ask. At return, he told me there was no charge. Fast forward to hours later in finance when I read the fine print and discover there is a $600 charge at the end of the lease. Steven Volkswagen--you pick. Either Frank is stupid or a liar. And, yes, Frank is now a sales manager. In November 2015 I took the Passat in for usual service work just to receive a very excited phone call from a new sales person enticing me to "trade up." He explained that Frank Steven and Frank the sales manager had looked at my car and really wanted to make a deal. When I called and asked for the sales manager (Frank) they said he hadn't been in to the dealership yet. After numerous back and forth voice mails (Frank would never just tell me where we stood and how to move forward on the deal), I finally received an email--with a price that was MORE THAN WHAT VW was offering on their own website. Can you spell insulting? Since then I've received phone calls from more than six sales people including an assistant to the owner. Each is more excited than the next with this "timely offer." When I inform them that yes, I've already been down this road--and that they have my offer, things cool down quickly. Orlando--the general manager--is a complete jerk. Sadly there is no penalty for being a jerk. Frank--sales manager--another jerk. Even the sales people have asked me to call Orlando the general manager and tell him what is going on. Alert! ORLANDO DOESN"T CARE! Today I tried to contact MaryJo, the kindly owner's assistant who, yes, called me at home the day after Thanksgiving to try to get me to "upgrade." Just wanted to let her know the poor way in which Orlando chooses to treat customers. Yeah, they wouldn't put me through. Said she would "call me right back." Yeah. No call. These people are snakes. Rude. Unfortunately, there is no law against being jerks, condescending, difficult to work with, or being a snake. If you choose to deal with them, stick to your plan. They will make you wait unreasonable amounts of time and tire you out so you will give in. They will lie. And you'll be too tired and just want to get the deal done. The good remarks on this website? Don't be surprised if someone paid to have them posted. And, yes, I just filed a complaint with VW. While kindly, we'll see if the "case manager" replies. More
