8 weeks after buying a Used Car with service needs my calls are ignored and my car yet to be fixed. No Sales Manager. No Used Car Manager. No General Sales Manager. No one has the stones to call me. In my experience over the years, buying Volkswagen from Steven’s and Eddy’s they’ve always tried to accommodate my needs. Today’s purchase was by far my funnest experience, from the sales managers to the s Steven’s and Eddy’s they’ve always tried to accommodate my needs. Today’s purchase was by far my funnest experience, from the sales managers to the sales reps to even the finance manager. We bought a 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line and it is beyond perfect as previously owning a 2021 R-Line Tiguan Black Edition. Fantastic cars and great quality for the money spent. I would do it over a hundred times over. Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll see you guys soon for my newest upgrade. Thank you to Dallas, Kyle, Cannon and Austin and everyone else apart of making Wichita VW store greater than it already was! More
Dealership tried to sell me cabin and air filters that had been changed the day before taking the car in for oil and transmission service even after they were advised the filters had already been changed. had been changed the day before taking the car in for oil and transmission service even after they were advised the filters had already been changed. Was charged more than quoted on the oil change. Since this is the only VW dealership in town, I will not be purchasing another VW. More
They charged me for a diagnostics which was incorrect and over $3000 for parts and service (although my copies of the bill only showed $1,500) which did not fix the car and they forgot to change the oil and over $3000 for parts and service (although my copies of the bill only showed $1,500) which did not fix the car and they forgot to change the oil and they claimed that it didn’t have a fueling issue that I also requested to be fixed. I picked up the Passat and it was worse than it was before they worked on it and it still had a fueling issue. I took it back and they said that there was metal in the fuel and so they recommended that both fuel pumps, all injectors, and all fuel lines be replaced. I asked what component had failed, and they didn’t know. The cost was another $6000. They called a week later and said it was ready. I asked if they fixed the fueling issue. They hadn’t looked at it and would call me the next day. When they called they said that I was right, it did indeed have a fueling issue, and they had never seen anything like it. And their tech recommended that I have them replace the fuel tank with a new one but they wouldn’t guarantee that would fix it. Cost would be an additional 2000. I told them that the problem was not the fuel tank but they insisted that it was….but didn’t know if that would fix it. I told them to not do anything more. I cut my losses at over $9,000. And car still not fixed. I checked on the internet and found a VW service bulletin that told me how to access the fuel vent tube and clean it.I was able to do it unless than 30 minutes and no parts required. Eddy’s service people are the most ignorant, incompetent, and their charges are nothing less than total robbery. I would not trust them to add washer fluid. Beware and stay away. This place was great when it was Stevens, I had perfect service from Steven’s over the past 12 years. Unfortunately mos all of the Stevens people are gone and now I still ran by total incompetence. Once the car arrived, the story was still the same. So they pulled my credit and we had a deal in place... UNTIL, I was told the new ownership group doesn't think it's right to honor the deal and told me it is now $5,000 over MSRP or no deal. I have bought many many cars over the years and NEVER had such a disgraceful act pulled on me! Do not do business with these LIARS! More

Husband had to have the GM pull cameras on the serviced dept to prove they did damages. And cameras showed the service department damaging wheel. Drove 3 wheels to have the service department ‘fix’ wheel which was a crap job. Now having to drive again another 3 hours for them to replace with a new wheel. Will never return to Steven VW for service work. Drive the extra miles in Kansas for an honest volkswagon service department. More

While having the 1k inspection done by the dealership; the service center put a gash in the passenger front wheel due to leaving the arm on the lift out. Service center and GM won’t cover expense of a new wheel let alone take the blame. This is a 60k vehicle that we take great pride in. Take care of customers and they take care of you. Instead no one is returning our calls or taking any blame for this mistake. Won’t ever return to Mike Steven Volkswagon for maintenance or service work; will drive the extra hours for another Volkswagon dealership. More
Buyer beware‼️ Bought my first vehicle from Mike Steven Volkswagen at Greenwich and Kellogg in January 2022 before my first born, as we were needing a family vehicle. We bought a 2018 Tiguan with 20k miles Volkswagen at Greenwich and Kellogg in January 2022 before my first born, as we were needing a family vehicle. We bought a 2018 Tiguan with 20k miles. As of today, it’s been in the shop 4 times in the last 6 months. 1st time: they sold us the vehicle without servicing it. So shortly after we brought the vehicle home, the oil light came on. We brought it in & they had to change the oil and rotate the tires. 2nd time: the check engine light came on. Brought it in and they had to reset the light. 3rd time: the rubber sealant on the sunroof was warped; so when it would rain, the buttons to open the sunroof would leak water. Now the 4th time: when the vehicle accelerates, it makes a squealing noise. Test drove it with the mechanic (twice), who asked me when I was driving “you mean the air leak?” Like I’m supposed to know what’s wrong. They called me 3.5 hours later, to let me know they had to order a part to diagnose the problem. Come pick it up and they would schedule me to come in AGAIN at a later date. No accommodations like a oil change voucher, cleaning voucher, nothing. When we told them we had been in 4 times in the last 6 months, all they said was “I’m sorry to hear that.” Safe to say that I completely regret buying a vehicle from this company, THANK GOD we have a warranty, and I’m very worried for what’s going to go wrong next.
