Dennis Malone came over and discussed with the about the vehicle I wanted which was a Rava4. We went through the details and I was satisfied and took the car home. I had wanted to go to different dealerships but I got the deal so I didnt see the need to go elsewhere. Infact I asked for his business cards incase my friends need a car and will definately recommend Eddy's Toyota. NB: My only concern is the bathrooms . They need to be checked every 15 mins due to the traffic I observed while there. Also the drinks area needs to be kept clean at all times. More
My wife and I purchased our van at Eddy's in 2009 and had a great experience. When we decided to replace our second vehicle Eddy's was at the top of the list and was our first call. When it was apparen had a great experience. When we decided to replace our second vehicle Eddy's was at the top of the list and was our first call. When it was apparent that the dealership was not going to be competitive in price negotiations with other dealerships listing we started looking at other dealerships but still kept Eddy's on the list. Eventually Eddy's ended up with a truck that was within my budget and the we made a sale even though there were some misleading. If you see something in the way of a discount/special offer on their website you better ask for an internet sales person,,,,,it's in the small print. At the end of the day we could not get my tag off of my trade-in and the salesman said he would have it removed for me and have it for me when I brought the new vehicle back for a detail clean up. After multiple calls to see if he was able to remove it, of which every time he said he hadn't but would get it done, I decided to stop by and see about removing it myself. My trade-in had already been moved offsite and no one knew the location of my tag. After about 20 minutes of walking around one of the detail guys said that it was probably in the trash. This guy was kind enough to actually get in the dumpster and dig around and eventually find it. He is probably the only reason I am not giving the lowest rating possible. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will start at another dealership. More
I set out one day to look at three different makes of cross-over type vehicles. Eddy's Toyota was my third stop. One of my sons had worked previously with Mark Smith, my son called Mark, and Mark foun cross-over type vehicles. Eddy's Toyota was my third stop. One of my sons had worked previously with Mark Smith, my son called Mark, and Mark found me in the parking lot very shortly after my arrival. I told him what I had already looked at and test driven and he immediately knew I needed to look at the Rav 4. Unfortunately, there was only one on the lot and it was pre-sold. We were able to look at it but not test drive it. The next morning Mark texted me early to tell me the vehicle I was looking for had just come in. I texted back, 'we'll see!'. I couple of hours later I was at Eddy's Toyota to look at this Rav 4 Limited, and a few hours after that I knew I was purchasing this vehicle. Mark is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he shows and I was very impressed with the training he gave me when I took delivery of the vehicle - navigation system, setting up bluetooth, all the audio, etc. I also felt the trade-in value given for my 'old' vehicle was very fair and exactly what I had hoped for. Buying a 2009 Hyundai Accent. I test drove this car the first part of February 2013 and the check engine light came on. When I returned to the dealership and told them that the check engine light came on t first part of February 2013 and the check engine light came on. When I returned to the dealership and told them that the check engine light came on they said that they would have the service dept. look at it and fix it. Which they did. I did all the necessary paperwork required and drove the car home. That evening the check engine light came on again, so I returned the car to them and they said their service department would check it out, which they did. According to their inspection, the head gaskets were blown and it needed a new engine which would take approximately three weeks to get. That would put it at about the 19th of February. I contacted them on the 19th of February and I was told that the first engine they had been going to put in was no good and they were getting a second engine which would push the date back to the 19th of March.I contacted them on the 19th of March and was told that they were NOT going to be replacing the engine but only the head gaskets and it would be done the 29th of March. I contacted them today and was told that it would be done Monday!!!! I blew up and told them if it was not done by MONDAY I would be contacting an attorney. In addition to the service problems, I received the run around on the loaner car. They give me a loaner car and the tag expired the 28th of February. So when I contact them about the tag issue, the dealership tells me I can DRIVE the car out there with an EXPIRED tag and IF I get a ticket, the dealership would pay for the ticket but it would still go against my driving record. I was not willing to take that risk, so I parked the loaner in my driveway where it sat for two weeks. Thats how long it took for them to get me a current tag. All in all what was supposed to have been an exciting experience turned into an ongoing nightmare!!!!! More

It was the total opposite when I visited Eddies Toyota. The experience was warm and very friendly. I felt good about our purchase and the care to make sure all is going good after the sale. I dealt with two great sales associate’s that made the process wonderful. More

I will never return here and I certainly won't reccomend anyone to come here. I came in as directed by a salesman. I was promised a phenominal deal, but when i got there the car was no where to be reccomend anyone to come here. I came in as directed by a salesman. I was promised a phenominal deal, but when i got there the car was no where to be found. Neither was my salesman. No one could find the car. A technician took it home. I was promised this car but it was no where to be found. As for my salesman he was two hours late. When i called to see where he was his response was "oh you're still here? Ill come talk to you when im done with this customer." How dare them waste two hours of my time. I did not feel like a customer. I was not treated with the respect and time i deserved. This place has the worst customer service possible. I'm extremely dissapointed and I will take my service where its appreciated. More
