Andrew Jacobs reached us by email to offer the selection of 2012 cars. We were specifically looking for a Honda Accord. He had several to choose from that fit our needs. Upon looking at the choice of Hon of 2012 cars. We were specifically looking for a Honda Accord. He had several to choose from that fit our needs. Upon looking at the choice of Hondas, we inquired about the Camry. This seemed like a better choice. We tested a Camry and my wife liked the way it handled and the price was within our range. Andrew looked up our trade and the numbers seemed reasonable to continue the buying option. As it was late in the evening, we decided to wait until Monday and then speak with the sales manager to set a trade price and final pricing on the car. Early Monday, Andrew informed us that the car had been sold. We then considered the 2013 models. Andrew was very helpful and explained the benefits of a new purchase. We were able to find the same color and options and then came to an agreement to purchase the car. The car had several small hail dents on the car and we agreed to have the dealer repair the dents at our earliest time frame. As of this writing, we have scheduled to have the car repaired. The car is performing to our liking and my wife enjoys her "new" ride. We have no reason to expect any difficulties with service in the future. "Shane" handled the closing and was very professional with the offers of extended services. We declined and he accepted this with courtesy. More

Liz Kantiz was friendly and helpful. She was willing to work with me and get me into a new 2013 Corolla. This is the second vehicle I have leased from Eddy's. The service department is also fantastic. They work with me and get me into a new 2013 Corolla. This is the second vehicle I have leased from Eddy's. The service department is also fantastic. They are always so friendly when I have taken my car in for service or just a car wash. More
when we arrived at the dealership we couldn't even get out of the car without someone right at our door. the sales rep, todd, was very rude, extremely pushy and didn't listen to anything we said. he s get out of the car without someone right at our door. the sales rep, todd, was very rude, extremely pushy and didn't listen to anything we said. he showed us multiple vehicles that had nothing close to what we asked for and were way out of our price range. the dealership was asking 15,000 for a car with 61000 miles on it and didn't even start. he continued to push the sale of a car we were barely interested in even after we told him we weren't going to buy it. he called us 4 times about other cars even after i said we weren't interested. Our experience was one of the worst we've ever had. i wouldn't send my worst enemy here. More
We have purchased a total of 7 new Toyotas from Eddys over the years, and always had a good experience, however, the last 3 purchases involving Blake Silsby and then Landon Sparlin, have, BY FAR been th over the years, and always had a good experience, however, the last 3 purchases involving Blake Silsby and then Landon Sparlin, have, BY FAR been the most pleasurable. The friendliness, eagerness to please, and no-nonsense honesty was very refreshing. In our 50+ years, we have purchased MANY vehicles, from various dealers, had some BAD experiences, alot of frustration and at times been disgusted by the many sales "games" we have had to endure, and have vowed to never return to some of those dealerships. We are very happy Toyota owners, and have vowed to be forever faithful to Toyota-and especially Eddy's in Wichita. You have customers for "life" in us-should we EVER need another vehicle, you can count on seeing us on your showroom floor! Keep up the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, it makes Eddy's stand out in the crowd!!!! THANK YOU, LANDON AND BLAKE!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!! Bobby and Brenda Hiebert More
Jesse was a great salesperson. Never to pushy and allowed us to look at the cars we had in mind. When asked helped out with information about the vehicles we were thinking of. Once the decision was made to p us to look at the cars we had in mind. When asked helped out with information about the vehicles we were thinking of. Once the decision was made to purchase helped to get all the paperwork squared away. Would definately recommend working with Jesse again. More
First of all; Reason for Visit: Came in to find a way to create an anchor point in the front of the bed of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma so I could secure a small camper I had purchased that had anchor points in th create an anchor point in the front of the bed of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma so I could secure a small camper I had purchased that had anchor points in the front of it that would connect to anchor points in the bed of the pickup, which the 2005 Toyota did not have! Thought maybe I could find a method of using the front bed mounting bolts that I could use. Landon was outside on the West end of the Dealership, I could not find your Parts Dept., so I asked Landon for directions, he offered to walk me in and show me where it was, and asked what I needed, so I informed him what I was looking for. after talking with the parts dept. and not coming up with what I needed, Landon suggested I should take a look at one of the trucks on the lot, which had a longer 6 foot bed whereas mine was only 5 foot, and the camper was 6 foot, which still would have worked, except there was no anchor points to use. Anyhow, I test drove the new truck, handled excellent just like my old 2005, can't beat a Toyota, have two of them, a 1990 2 wheel drive, 6 cyl. also, and Landon asked me to come in and see what kind of deal we could make to get me into the new truck, I really was not in the market for a new truck, but agreed to take a look anyway out of curiosity, and informed Landon that he would have to get me a really good deal for me to consider buying. He introduced me to his supervisor, Blake, and the dealing started! I had a great time with these two, neither one tried to pressure me other than to increase the trade-in offer on my truck, and when it got to where I considered it a fair deal, I agreed to accept the deal. I now have tie down anchor points in the front end of my pickup bed, and got a new truck to surround them as well! Luv the rear view back up camera! One of the selling points that helped me make up my mind to buy, in addition to your great personnel, is the fact that I don't have to pay for services and inspections for a good while, and I get free washes whenever I want one! In the past, I would not go near a Toyota service center because you always wanted to charge an arm AND a leg to do a warranty inspection!, when I had never had to ever pay for inspections with any new car I had purchased (every two years on average) since 1966! All I had ever paid for might have been oil and filter, but no labor cost! Not until I bought my 1990 Toyota, and then the 2005 I bought used on year old! So you really need to credit Landon S. and his easy going manner in getting me into a brand new Toyota! Along with his supervisor Blake, I think they make a great team! More
After dealing with numerous Toyota dealerships from around the country, I have always received nothing but great professional service. When I moved to Wichita I was excited to try Eddy's Toyota because around the country, I have always received nothing but great professional service. When I moved to Wichita I was excited to try Eddy's Toyota because it looked like a very respectable and professional dealership. I took my 2003 Toyota Matrix in for 2 recall fixes and also a synthetic oil change which was a service special. I asked for full synthetic 5W-30 oil and the service attendant told me he will get that done for me. So I left my car and went to work. I arrived back at the dealership after a 9 hour work day to find my car sitting outside ready to go. The service attendant then took my papers and ran back in the shop leaving me waiting for approximately 10 minutes due to the service technician leaving my service order open on the computer. Once he came back I asked if full synthetic 5W-30 oil was put in my car and he said yes. I then asked if both recalls were fixed and he said yes. Still trying to work the computer at his station, the service attendant called someone to find out what type of oil was put in my car. Come to find out, 5W-30 conventional oil was put in my car. I insisted that they fixed their mistake by replacing the conventional oil with the full synthetic oil I requested. In addition to the oil mistake, there were other issues in the service I received at Eddy's Toyota making the service far from exceptional. Update: Dave McAmis was very kind to approach me personally regarding my service. After talking for nearly 20 minutes, I expressed my concern with the far from exceptional service at Eddy's. He agreed with me that the service I received was very poor and he would take all my concerns, comments, and recommendations and use them to help educate his service attendants and technicians so that problems like there would not happen again. I was very pleased with the personal time Dave took to talk with me, he provided me with assurance that Eddy's in fact DOES care about their customers and the service they receive. I will give Eddy's a second chance by taking my 2013 Camry in for it's next service. More
