Experience was pleasant and I have experienced some pretty bad dealerships. I especially wanted to mention that my tire was replaced at no charge as a good will gesture and you could have made it unple pretty bad dealerships. I have driven a Toyota Sequoia for 13 years and it has been the best vehicle we have ever purchased. We bought it when we were living in Des Moines, IA. But we purchased the Camry because our Toyota has been so reliable. I like the dealership because it is a very comfortable and friendly place while you wait while getting a car serviced. I have also used the shuttle service. Thomas was a good salesperson for me because he was very patient! During the test drive he was very personable, which I really liked. After we purchased the car, he called me after about a week and asked me how I liked the car and asked if I had any questions. He also told me to be sure and call him if I did or I could also come out and talk to him. More

I am from Iowa and was in Wichita on business so was not planning to purchase a vehicle. Loved the color so drove in to take a photo to send to my husband.
