It's obvious that Toyota is in a class by itself, if one has done one's research. And Eddy's Toyota is an excellent flag-bearer of this strong brand. We were met on the lot by Jacob Roberts with a friendly smile and oodles of information that helped immensely in our decision. Upon deciding on a beautiful, black 2014 4Runner, the deal was sealed by Jacob and his manager, Zach Storm to our complete satisfaction. The process was thoroughly laid out and Jim Elledge guided us through the financials with great expertise and a warm personality. I am very pleased with the organization as a whole and the courtesy and professionalism I was shown.
