Then next was the negotiations, to some this might be the time where they leave the dealership in disappointment and disarray, this was not us. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in and the additional feature I wanted added to the car. Lastly came the paper work, putting all our words and thoughts into monetary action. Each step and paper that was signed was clearly and thoroughly explained, leaving nothing to want or be desired due to confusion. Each step on our journey that day was painless, exciting, knowledge filled and wonderful. I truly am thankful for the product we received both in car and personnel form!
