Was very happy with my trade-in value. I can't believe I was able to get a new car for under $300/mo payment and enjoyed the entire process from start to finish with Jim and his team. I had a bad experience with Brad. He makes you feel bad if you don't buy additional packages. He made up a story about how his Tundra needed a motor replaced for the car seat and it w He makes you feel bad if you don't buy additional packages. He made up a story about how his Tundra needed a motor replaced for the car seat and it was going to cost him $1,800 to fix. Brad told me the additional packages he purchased saved him $1,800. I declinced the additional packages. Brad, immediately was salty. He kept asking where the money came from. As far as I'm concerned, the money came from the bank in a form of a check. Brad also said "I hope you like the car when it's more expensive." He said this because I declined his packages. He definitely ruined the car buying experience. The dealership should consider making changes. First, get rid of Brad. Second, listen to their customers. For example, the sales person sells me a car for $30,000 out the door. I will pay $30,000 out the door. I don't want to see or talk to Brad. I definitely don't want to go in his rat hole office. I have purchased vehicles before Brad worked there. I know what it's like to purchase a vehicle. I want everyone to know my experience at Eddy's. Most likely there won't be any changes. We can only hope for the best. More

The staff was very helpful. We want to look at a RAV4 and the sales person said their were none on the lot but their were two Vensas that would be delivered in about two weeks. We were completely unfamiliar with the Venza, after the staff went over the description and we worked out the trade we went with the Venza sight unseen. My wife drives a Lexus ES350 and prefers driving the Venda. More
