Unethical business, flat out lied to me, Very poor cust Serv Finance guy followed me out of the building to tell me again not to refinance for a least a year or I would pay penalties. That's untrue and illegal!! Finance guy followed me out of the building to tell me again not to refinance for a least a year or I would pay penalties. That's untrue and illegal!! What happens is that they lose their kickback. I've called 8 times to talk to their finance department about it. Conveniently no one is ever available. Eddys business ethics are pathetic. Multiple promises for call back or resolution but nothing. More
