Worst Jeep service performed by a new car dealer in my entire life after having a dozen cars. Came in for a preventative maintenance differential gear oil change and got taken to the cleaners with repair entire life after having a dozen cars. Came in for a preventative maintenance differential gear oil change and got taken to the cleaners with repairs done on things that never had a problem before they touched the vehicle. Axle seal change in front and rear .. oil pan gasket change ($650) .. then six weeks later the radiator fails supposedly ( felt like sabotage) then after that water pump fails .. the vehicle had been driven all over the country and never off-road .. never a problem till they touched it .. $5300 later I’m still having trouble .. they blamed me and ‘vibration’ .. they are criminals and don’t give a xxxx especially if you have out if state plates on your vehicle .., worst experience EVER by a dealer service shop .., absolute worst .. nothing positive to say if them .. if there was a negative scale they’d be at the worst level easily .. they don’t care about anything and take no responsibility for anything More

Best car buying experience we have ever had! Cal, called me on a Sunday to let me know he would be happy to help me! First thing Monday morning he contacted me again. He answered al my questions, sent me lots of pictures and even delivered the car to my door, two hours away. He let me test drive it and then we signed papers! Unprofessional sales men, We bought 2 vehicles on the same day, this was done around mid November, (our sales man was nice), We received the title in the mail for one of our We bought 2 vehicles on the same day, this was done around mid November, (our sales man was nice), We received the title in the mail for one of our cars a month later. We decided to call on the other title to see why we haven't received it, so my husband calls and they tell him it would take 6 to 8 weeks, he tells them that it's been about that long already, then a sales men that answered the phone told him to call back and check on it on the 59th day,..... What type of customer service is this? So I called today to find out about it, a sales man by the name of Sean, (Shawn) answers the phone and told me that the titles are not from this location, they are at another location, I said you don't have them at this location, he said no, then he said he would be 6 to 8 weeks, I said it's been that long already and we did receive one title but wanted to find out about the other title, he was very rude about it and when I asked for the phone number he hung up on me. That is not professional after buying 2 vehicles from them. I called back and someone else answered the phone and said they were sorry about that. I told her that we would not ever buy anything from them again. We bought 3 vehicles from them within 2 years, and this is a way we are being treated. I will tell everyone I know not to buy a vehicle from Eddy's Jeep Dodge Ram. We even had problems with the sales manager the day we bought our vehicles. We bought a new and used Jeep. More

I just had a baby and so I had to go look for a new car by myself as my husband was at home with the baby. The sales team were very nice and helpful. However, when I actually found a car I was interested in, the finance guy came to the table with the numbers and then refused to work with me at all. I told him I couldn't buy the car today, as I had to discuss the numbers with my husband. He basically told me he didn't know why we were even talking then and kept saying "just call your husband and talk to him". Sorry, but buying a car is something that I have to think about and him being a complete jerk to me is not going to want me to buy a car from that dealership. I went home pissed but after discussing with my husband, we decided on a number we would sign on. I came back to the dealership the next day and they proceeded to tell me that my trade in value they gave me was a mistake and decreased the number by $15,000!!!! Seriously? I just walked out. No car is worth dealing with the jerks at Eddy's! More

Sunday 1 PM appmt to test drive a vehicle My husband and I showed up on time to test drive the vehicle we were to look at, after driving an hour and half to get there. They told us the gal was not there nor was the vehicle! The first guy said it was out for in inspection, the second guy said it was in for some maintenance. This vehicle we were to look at was sitting on their lot for 45 days!!!! Why wasn't this done sooner????? If they knew the vehicle was not there, they could of called and saved us the trip!!!!! We would not send our worst enemy to buy a car from them!!!! Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! How do they keep their doors open if they treat people like that?????? More

Excellent Service Had a check engine light for a code I had fixed in another state. I brought it in and had some warranty work that needed to be installed that I had t Had a check engine light for a code I had fixed in another state. I brought it in and had some warranty work that needed to be installed that I had tried to get done local in GA, but it was going to take 2 weeks for them to get to it. They were able to get the warranty work done in less than 2 hours and it cleared the engine code so I could travel safely back to GA without any problems. I'm am very grateful and thankful for the team that was able to get my vehicle in and fixed without any added stress for the holidays. More
