Found out car had some hail damage on it, so they fixed that, cleaned out some small stains inside the car (due to it being a loaner), and services the car for free. Gave us a good replacement vehicle while it was in the shop. Saeid, our sales rep, kept us in the loop the entire time and made sure everything got done.
