Issue still not solved I have been requesting my carpet be fixed in my 2017 for over two months. I have been to the dealership at least 3 times as well. Also I was stuck in a car payment that I'm not comfortable with because my sales rep Reginald told me I can refinance in 6 months which was not the truth. I have got no help at all. More

Had an appointment for 10:20 didn't get out of there till no Besides being slow they gave me false reccomendations... for instance they recommended new wiper blades and I'd just put new ones on 2 days before. They also recommended a transfer case oil change for 285.00 who knows what to believe after the wiper thing. I had a great experience at the sales side with Conrad but I'll never get my truck serviced there again. More

Horrible Management My experience with my salesman Ben was great, but with Jeremy R the New Car Manager was horrible. They originally had my trade in since 02/10 and my p My experience with my salesman Ben was great, but with Jeremy R the New Car Manager was horrible. They originally had my trade in since 02/10 and my payment/financing worked out. I was told all was good and they "don't put people in a car if the deal isn't done." The following week I had to get ahold of Ben asking why my credit had been ran over 10 times with hard inquiries, something credit karma alerted me of, not the dealership. He told me he would get back with me on it. He called me back and passed the phone to Jeremy who told me "No worries, we couldn't get you the original financing rate but the good thing is we found more rebates which means a lower payment for you. I just need you to come resign everything." I went by after work to do this and I didn't get a lower payment, I didn't get more rebates, what I got was told they couldn't get me approved for the original contracted agreement, and was told now we were about $3,000 off on financing. Jeremy asked me if I had any cows or anything I could trade in or sell, or to cancel my warranty from my old car to use that money as a down payment because he couldn't lose that much on a deal, a deal I was told was already done. When I advised him that I wanted to stay with my original $0 down agreement, with having currently been financed through GM for $0 down, he kept pushing me for money. I told him that it was not my fault that the finance guy had messed things up and his response was "It's not us that messed up, it's your credit that is xxxxed up." I will never recommend anybody to this place, not because of my salesman, but because of the Manager. I was contacted today by GM because my trade in that they've had since 2/10 is still no paid off which is upsetting on top of the fact that Jeremy assured me he found more rebates to lower my payment, yet that didn't happen either. Then he begged me to please fill this out nicely because they lost money on the deal over their misinformation on being able to get it done and structured the way we both originally agreed to and that I have a signed contract for. More
