Worst Customer Service I've had an ongoing issue with a lifter tick per bulletin 15-06-01-002H in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for several months. The dealership and G I've had an ongoing issue with a lifter tick per bulletin 15-06-01-002H in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for several months. The dealership and GM warranty are aware of the issues I have with this truck and claim the tick noise to be a fuel injector. Yes, you can hear the fuel injectors doing their tick noise after the motor gets a little heat in it and the lifter tick goes away. GM is aware of the engine misfire/tick noise as of March, 2019. GM has labor operation codes for its certified parts changers to reference. Over the past couple years I've spent more time sitting in the waiting area at the dealership and at work than I've gotten to be with my family. I've never been irate with any employee at Eddy's always had a smile on my face. I've sent video proof to Eddy's of the noise and still haven't got anything done. I've tried to contact management in service and have had radio silence. 15-06-01-002H is the GM GM bulletin if anyone else has the same issue More

Horribly Disorganized I came in to Eddy's months ago after being contacted by Caleb B. I went in after being hounded to, knowing that I had roughly 5000-6000 in negative eq I came in to Eddy's months ago after being contacted by Caleb B. I went in after being hounded to, knowing that I had roughly 5000-6000 in negative equity on a spark and no down payment. I expected to walk in, explain my situation, and basically get some info to come back with later. Once I got to Eddy's I was greeted by Caleb at the door and sat down with my interests already in mind. The first visit went ok but ultimately I couldn't rationalize the sharp increase in what my car note would've been. Caleb called me again very recently and after finally giving in to a higher car note (because I loved the car and the Allstate Insurance rep helped me immensely by balancing my insurance) I was sold a 2019 Chevy Cruze Hatchback, Red Hot color. I drove the car and believed it was mine for a week and a half, all the while noticing my trade in wasn't "going through". After I, myself, had to call about it, Caleb informed me the deal fell through and I had to return the car. I was embarrased publicly and my credit suffered, all to not even keep the vehicle. More

While looking around and killing time I came across an SUV I liked, Noah Boyles, a sales rep greeted me took me around showing other SUV, he even was instrumental in selling my classic to Eddy's. He and John Wise were very helpful in my SUV purchase, no hard sell, just friendly service. My experience over the past years with Eddy's Chevrolet Cadillac have always been pleasant, I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. More

Efficient and Happy Purchase Was greeted professionally and handed off to different salesman than original appointment due to original saleman finishing up with a walk-in. Howard Was greeted professionally and handed off to different salesman than original appointment due to original saleman finishing up with a walk-in. Howard did a great job and humored all of my questions, extra test driving time, and dealings with the back and forth in the negotiations. Finance team was great overall a very happy purchase and pleased with the experience. I recommend them - I drove the +4 hour drive for a very specific car they had and would do it again! More

I was under the impression and understanding as told by Adam that the vehicle will be sitting up front for me to look at. Once again, no vehicle ready, Adam wanted me to sit with him for 1 to 2 hrs. I looked at the display Trax in dealership as he was trying to get me to sit down for information. the display was the basic package in which this frustrated me again for the whole purpose of this scheduled appointment was for me to look at a Trax so I could compare it to the Buick encore,in which I stated to Adam previously of the what I like on the Encore, and he saying the Chevy Trax was the same but bigger. However, the trunk of the Trax is way way smaller, good grief. So I am thinking I am getting a good comparison of apples to apples not apples to oranges. So I get there nothing is ready, except a hustle. Then when I am telling Adam my frustration of a vehicle once again not being ready , and how I wanted to compare apples to apples, I was basically told that this dealership is probably not right for me and I need to go elsewhere, In which I will. Also I was stuck in a car payment that I'm not comfortable with because my sales rep Reginald told me I can refinance in 6 months which was not the truth. I have got no help at all. More
