Were just now finding the small damages on a 2020 car that I bought . It's still under manufacturing warranty. I called them they checked it out and said it got damaged some how . There is no damage from the outside at all . The holle is side is broke . Probably from a previous wreck or something and they just fixed up to make it look good. Anyway. Mirror covers are falling off . That's not covered. They wanna change me money to fix it . I don't understand. Never ever will I by any cars again from there . I told all my friends and family about it . More
“Maybe you know a guy that can look at it”. That’s what the sales manager told me when I started having trouble with my vehicle. Hands down the worst car buying experience of my life! Everything went ok during the initial purchase, but then things started going wrong. I smelled coolant when I first got the car home, but attributed it to maybe some getting spilled during a service. Then my low coolant light came in. I drove an hour to the dealership for them to look at it, only to have them tell me nothing was wrong. After arguing about it, they told me to bring it back the next day for a full eval (another hour each way). The next day they had me wait for 3 hrs just to tell me there was nothing wrong. I asked if they pressure tested the system (a simple procedure) but they told me that they couldn’t and were unwilling to look any further. When I argued they said “maybe you know a guy that can look at it”. Luckily, I do “know a guy”. When a proper evaluation was performed by a trained tech they discovered an oil leak and a significant leak in the radiator. When I sent the bill to the dealership, they told me that they could not pay BECAUSE THE WORK WASN’T DONE BY THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! After several days of arguments with the salesman, finally got ahold of somebody else in customer service. They grudgingly agreed to pay less than half of the bill, so I took my losses and moved on. Bottom line: after several hours/days of my time I had to put another $1000 into a car that I had just bought. Steer clear of these people!! More
I recently purchased a Zl1 Camaro from Eddies, i traded my camaro in onit and they were fair. The dealership was super nice and so was everyone I interacted with. Called me up again on 10/9/20 and said $4500 and my car. For a Chevy Malibu after I told them my car only need to be 330 to 400mo payments. This dealership DOES NOT LISTEN. DO NOT buy from this HORRIBLE company. They try to tell you that the vehicle has a lifetime power train warranty. THIS IS A LIE!!! They don't stand behind their warranty, or their vehicles. It's IMPOSSIBLE you that the vehicle has a lifetime power train warranty. THIS IS A LIE!!! They don't stand behind their warranty, or their vehicles. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them when you have a question. They had my truck for 2 full days and didn't tell me the warranty wasn't going to cover anything until the end of the second day and that they didn't do ANY repairs on my truck!!! If you want even the slightest bit of customer service then shop somewhere else! More

Worst Customer Service I've had an ongoing issue with a lifter tick per bulletin 15-06-01-002H in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for several months. The dealership and G I've had an ongoing issue with a lifter tick per bulletin 15-06-01-002H in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for several months. The dealership and GM are aware of the issues I have with this truck and claim the tick noise to be a fuel injector. Yes, you can hear the fuel injectors doing their tick noise after the motor gets a little heat in it and the lifter tick goes away. GM is aware of the engine misfire/tick noise as of March, 2019. GM has labor operation codes for its certified parts changers to reference. Over the past couple years I've spent more time sitting in the waiting area at the dealership and at work than I've gotten to be with my family. I've never been irate with any employee at Eddy's always had a smile on my face. I've sent video proof to Eddy's of the noise and still haven't got anything done. I've tried to contact management in service and have had radio silence. 15-06-01-002H is the GM GM bulletin if anyone else has the same issue. UPDATE I took my truck into another GM dealership here in town on January 9th and they kept it over the weekend and were able to hear the tick in the engine. They diagnosed the fuel management system and took a look at the lifters. Guess what? I'm now getting the lifters replaced. I've never been to a dealership where salesman prey on customers waiting on their vehicles to get serviced like Eddy's does as you're in the waiting room. You could have bought a vehicle from them within a month and they will call you to come trade in that vehicle. The sales department will try and pressure you into thinking you need a new vehicle because you brought yours in for a tire rotation. A lot of them will come and make small talk with you as you wait and talk about sports with you or find something they "may" have in common with you to make a sale. I"m very disappointed in Eddy's with both their service and sales departments. I've dealt with Eddy's for multiple years and have literally had to show up just to get an update on my vehicle. Not only the 2018, but others I've purchased in the past. Not even the manager in the service department will call you back when the situation has to be escalated up to him/her. I've been told my vehicle is ready for pick up "after hours" and they keys aren't even left in it. I've taken numerous hours off of work to go and deal with Eddy's and numerous hours away from the family when I was off work.They have cost me thousands of dollars over time and not just with repairs on one of my vehicles. I will never return to Eddy's of any branch for business and I will let everyone know that is looking for vehicles to steer clear of Eddy's anything. It's not worth the stress, time, money and not knowing what's going on with their vehicle. I do want to thank Chad for always taking care of me and want him to to know that no part of this review is because of him. Chad has always been great and I'm sorry I put you through so much in the past couple years that was out of your control. I know I sound crazy but, I've never brought my vehicle in for service unless it was needed. More
