Customer service is horrible. I drove 90 miles to see and test drive a vehicle. I had an appointment set and I was not late for the appointment. As I was driving the 90 miles the car I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I had an appointment set and I was not late for the appointment. As I was driving the 90 miles the car I had an appointment to test drive was shown to someone else. Literally as I was walking into the dealership the car I was there to look at was sold out from under me. I was told by the salesperson and his manager that they would literally look for another vehicle like it. They would buy it and have it delivered to them for me. Now they are showing me other makes and models of vehicles knowing full well I want a specific make and model. They also told me that they would make sure they found one that also would fit my budget. I am very disappointed in their service and would caution anyone else from going to this dealership. More
Jared at the service desk lied without hesitation about a tire not being under warranty at 10855 miles. My bad for not checking the manufacturer warranty paperwork, I naively assumed that I could trust the G tire not being under warranty at 10855 miles. My bad for not checking the manufacturer warranty paperwork, I naively assumed that I could trust the GM dealership. Lol! Lesson learned; know your warranty. Don’t trust Eddie’s Chevrolet. They will lie. More
What a great guy that took time to engage with me about a car I was willing to fly 2000 miles to pick up. It was a Subaru Baja, a car becoming more and more rare and very much sought after. After listen to m car I was willing to fly 2000 miles to pick up. It was a Subaru Baja, a car becoming more and more rare and very much sought after. After listen to me and my enthusiasm for the car, he told me straight out that that car was checked out my his team of mechanics and that it was found to be rusted out underneath. Based on that, he said that his dealership would not be selling that car to anyone. Heck! I was disappointed but I was also very impressed with this salesman and the dealership he represented. More
Avoid this dealership like the plague, I purchased a 2005 corvette with 18 thousand miles on it and paid cash. Had it for a week and discovered they installed a new R/H fender liner and lower deflector but c corvette with 18 thousand miles on it and paid cash. Had it for a week and discovered they installed a new R/H fender liner and lower deflector but covered up the broken lower radiator core support bracket. I called the general manager (Matt) multiple times and left messages with no response, I even reached out to the customer relations representative (Ashley) several times with no response. I will make sure all my friends know about my experience with these people. More
There no very professional! They priced me a new C8 for one price and a couple hours Later dropped the price on one $8,000 and the second one $5,000, and then I asked them about it they were shocked and th one price and a couple hours Later dropped the price on one $8,000 and the second one $5,000, and then I asked them about it they were shocked and then made up a excuse That the GM just changed the price and they forgot to inform me? Eddy's doesn't honor their own warranty! We purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from a very nice salesman, Armando Aragonez, and drove it 3 hours home. The next day, oil was leaking under the Jeep. We took the 2009 Jeep Wrangler from a very nice salesman, Armando Aragonez, and drove it 3 hours home. The next day, oil was leaking under the Jeep. We took the Jeep to a local dealer and we're told the intake seals were leaking as well as the seal on the right front axle. The rear main seal could also be leaking but wouldn't know for sure until the other leaks are fixed. Reached out to Eddy's regarding their "dealer" 30 day and/or 1000 mile warranty (50% of covered labor and parts). The General Manager informed us through Armando that we would need to drive the 200 miles back to Wichita so their dealership could evaluate, inspect and perform the repairs even though the seals were leaking very badly. I guess our time driving back and forth isn't worth anything as I'm sure their repairs wouldn't be completed for several days. Besides, the GM disputed the leaks to begin with since their original inspection report on the Jeep prior to offering it for sale didn't indicate any leaking fluids. If this dealership really stood behind their own warranty, all that would be needed would be a simple invoice request from the Jeep dealership performing the repairs and then issuing a check/payment to us for 50% of the covered expenses! But......this dealership has NO integrity or honor! Definitely steer clear of Eddy's in Wichita!!!! More
