We inquired about a vehicle they had for sale. We were told it was in "perfect condition." The salesman sent us grainy videos and some distant pics. We asked several times, during phone conversations and texting, if there were any dents, scratches, or damage and he always replied "it's in perfect condition." The next day, we drove 5.5 hours through ice and sleet because he also said we have to get there that day (last day of the month) for that deal we made over the phone to be good so they could meet their quota. When we pulled into their lot, we seen what looked to be the vehicle we were wanting setting in front of a service door. As we got a little closer (20-30 ft away), we seen a big dent in the driver's rear door and dents/scrapped all down the rear quarter with a small rust spot in front of rear tire. We continued to walk inside with hopes that it wasn't the one we drove 5.5 hours for. When we finally got the salesman that was working with us, we asked where the vehicle was that we made the deal on. He pointed out toward the direction we just came from and lead us back out to that same damaged vehicle. Needless to say, we got back into our vehicle and headed 5.5 hours back home. The salesman did call us about 5 minutes after leaving their lot and claimed we didn't give him a chance and after reminding him of his multiple repeated words "perfect condition," he then started in on "well, I bet your trade in isn't what you said it was either!" I understand buying a used vehicle and having some signs of being "used" but when there is large dents, rust, scratches, paint cracked and missing, all on that vehicle, that's not the definition of "perfect condition." So, do not trust the words that comes out thier mouths and I would highly recommend not driving a very long distance on their word "it's in perfect condition" because they obviously don't understand the meaning of those terms. We learned the hard way and hopefully our lesson will help others. We will NEVER do business there. P.s. - I have the messages of "perfect condition" and the strategic pics/videos that was purposely taken to hide the damage as well. More

Zero stars isn't an option. Chris, the service manager, is awful and ignores you. Their extended warranty is a scam. The most mismanaged service department I have ever experienced. Sales team was great, but that's what you'd expect. When I bought my car they said they would do a full inspection, and fill up the tank up with gas. They gave me the car on E... not very confident they even inspected it either. TLDR: Service department is holding my car hostage, they aren't even working on it, and the warranty company is unresponsive. They also invent issues to charge you more, they have tried this scam twice. Summary of my experience so far: 1) Brought my car in for routine maintenance, plus to fix the passenger chair controls (controls fell inside the chair). They didn't even look at the chair issue. 2) Bring my car back the next day so they can look at the chair issue. This visit took twice as long, even though it was for one specific issue. For some reason, they did their routine inspection video again, and miraculously discover that my air filter needs changed... why wasn't this addressed during my previous appointment, literally a day before? Either a dishonest attempt to get more money, or their techs aren't good at their job and didn't notice/check the first time. The service manager Chris completely ignored my questions as to why they were even doing a full inspection again, and why they didn't mention my air filter the day before. To make things worse, the chair control isn't covered, even though I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. They wanted to charge $300+ just for the part. I looked at it myself, and was able to pop it back in place... Embarrassed for the service team, and angry they would try and charge so much money when it didn't even need to be replaced. 3) One year later now and my transmission is having issues. Bring my car in Tuesday, it is now Saturday and they haven't even began working on my car. Chris keeps telling me he will call me with an update, never does, and I have to call every day. His excuse? Waiting on the warranty company... either the warranty company is ghosting him, or he isn't trying that hard to reach them. Meanwhile, I'm left with no car, and they conveniently don't have any loaner cars. More
