I'll be honest, I really wasn't thrilled about buying from Eddy's but Alberto Martinez was very patient with me. I have a lot of anxiety buying cars so there was a lot of back and forth on my part. Leo was awesome to work with, I am not happy with the lack of coverage that I paid for. I was told that the extended maintenance plan was 100% Bumper to Bumper, which is not true. When I took my Truck in lack of coverage that I paid for. I was told that the extended maintenance plan was 100% Bumper to Bumper, which is not true. When I took my Truck in for the tailgate recall and service, they were supposed to fix the issue with the button on the tailgate, they never got it to work, it still doesn't open by pushing the button on the tailgate. My A/C and Heater blower control knob does not work correctly, and the A/C doesn't kick on at times. I was told they couldn't find a problem with it. It would great if they would just tell the truth instead of talking about the problems. Jeff W More
After getting approved for a truck found several issues with it. Most of them were fixed but would not fix the windshield or replace the missing headlight access covers that were missing. the salesman was with it. I will never deal with this company again for nothing. Very bad typical used car salespeople and will not recommend dealing with these people again. More
I had my car in for a oil change, in all the other times I’ve had a text video of the mechanic underneath my car, telling me about my brakes and other components this did not happen. I told him I had a light that was not working he wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee without knowing he told me it would cost $619 to replace the light? I left that day feeling a little empty with my service. More
