We walked on the lot of the dealership never intending to buy a car that day. We were on vacation, camping nearby on our way home to Houston, Texas. I had wanted to see the new Hyundai as we were starting our car shopping. We had 2 dogs in the truck, saw a Hyundai dealership and thought we would stop in to look at a vehicle. I walk on the lot, met Jerry, told him, “ We just want to see a Santa Fe, we are not going to buy”. Jerry was warm, engaging, patient and showed us a car. He answered our questions, we developed a trust that he cared about our concerns. His readiness to help us, with no pressure or guarantee that we were going to purchase a car that day made us comfortable enough to proceed with further negotiations. The whole process was easy, and even pleasurable! This has not been my experience with other car dealerships. After we purchased the car, Jerry and Ben helped us understand all the tech. Jerry has been responsive to our questions and needs after we have returned to Texas. This has been the best experience we have had in our many years of car ownership. More

Raising 5 teenagers means budgets are tight and there is very little margin for catastrophic car problems. Recently our 2018 Hyundai had an unexpected engine problem such that a replacement was required. Whether it was covered under warranty was highly questionable to me but definitely not to Ronald Oubre (Service Manager), and, Christina Sharp (Service Advisor). They leveraged their influence with Hyundai and pulled out all the stops to install a new engine at no cost. Who does that these days? Over the last 6 years I could give many other examples that the North Park team have helped with our vehicles for our kids etc. They stand by their product and their commitments are always long standing and not based on convenience. As an engineer I can say that Hyundai produces the most value and reliance compared to other manufactures and vehicles costing $20K more, without a doubt. Eddie Tourelle and Christina will go way beyond to keep their customers satisfied years beyond the purchase date. Glad for the opportunity to boost about excellent service because across all industries it is disappearing with the exception of North Park Hyundai. thanks again for looking after the Ponder family.
