My engine light has been on since June and I have been in and out of the service department weekly. My engine is burning oil and the transmission is now jerking. I believe 4,000 miles have now been wasted on my 100,000 warranty and every couple of weeks I get a continuously lowered amount offered for my car for a new car. No one or business has serviced my car except this Hyundai service department and I have been very good for getting for regularly scheduled maintenance and everything else done as recommended by this service department. I have repeatedly requested the use of a loaner car and have been refused every time. I believe this has continued to cause a decline in my car to the point I do not want to travel 30 miles from home. If I could afford to buy a new car I would. This was my first ever new car. I expected ten to twelve years of driving it. More
