Mr. Morgan, I’m sorry you felt that we were “slow walking “ the warranty repair on your vehicle. When you came in for your appointment today, We got the vehicle diagnosed right away. Had the part in stock and wanted to repair it. You said you wanted to take the vehicle and come back on a later date to have it repaired so we put your name on the part And now have you scheduled for Monday. We are always mindful of a customers time. That’s why we would have liked to have repaired it today. When you bring it back on Monday will have it repaired right away and back to you. We look forward to seeing you then!

This “valve” issue has been out there several times before. This isn’t the first time the valve issue has come up (your predecessor). It should have been fixed back then. I asked you do you have to order the part you said yes. I could have left it if you had the part. Awhile later, You then came back and said you had the part when I already told someone not to pick me up. Then when I said I could bring it tomorrow no go. Yeah I’m busy too!!

Hi Mrs. Terrye, sorry to see you were unhappy with your visit. I know we had trouble duplicating the problem you were having and gave you an estimate on the probable cause. We wanted to be clear that because no codes were in the system and we couldn't duplicate the problem that this was an educated guess. I know the dealer you normally go to couldn't get you in for an appointment and we were able to get you right in. We also waived all diagnostics charges even though our technician spent a few days trying to duplicate the concern. When I called you earlier to see what we could have done better you hung up on me. I'm sorry you felt like you had a bad experience we always want our customers to leave happy.

I did not hang up on you. I told you I had to end the call because I was in carline picking up my daughter and you continued talking. Cell phones are not allowed in the school carline. Also your information regarding the other dealer not being able to look at my car is false. I did not attempt to take it to Hyundai of Slidell because of my fear of the vehicle stalling on the interstate.
