Mr. Morgan, I’m sorry you felt that we were “slow walking “ the warranty repair on your vehicle. When you came in for your appointment today, We got the vehicle diagnosed right away. Had the part in stock and wanted to repair it. You said you wanted to take the vehicle and come back on a later date to have it repaired so we put your name on the part And now have you scheduled for Monday. We are always mindful of a customers time. That’s why we would have liked to have repaired it today. When you bring it back on Monday will have it repaired right away and back to you. We look forward to seeing you then!

This “valve” issue has been out there several times before. This isn’t the first time the valve issue has come up (your predecessor). It should have been fixed back then. I asked you do you have to order the part you said yes. I could have left it if you had the part. Awhile later, You then came back and said you had the part when I already told someone not to pick me up. Then when I said I could bring it tomorrow no go. Yeah I’m busy too!!
