I needed an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived and checked in, I was told it would take 45 minutes to complete the job. Finally, I had to get the service manager to find my car and get me checked out, 30 minutes after the job was finished, 2 1/2 hours after I was told it would be 45 minutes. I had the same experience on my previous oil change. Scheduling is not a strong point of this service department. More
