Came in for 30000 mike check up to include oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, etc. I was giving them a second chance as on a previous visit a tire rotation was not performed as requested. tire rotation, multi point inspection, etc. I was giving them a second chance as on a previous visit a tire rotation was not performed as requested. I was very disappointed that the service advisors came to me with a recommendation to also change out the engine and cabin air filters. Why? Because I changed them one week before my appointment. Which to me meant that they were simply trying to raise the cost of my visit for no good reason. A lame attempt was made to explain that recommendation away as a miscommunication between the service technician and the service advisor. I did follow the recommendation to have the AC system cleaned but now wonder if that too was only to generate a higher bill for my visit. My appointment time was 7:30 am for which I arrived a few minutes early. I was told to expect about an hour but was there nearly two hours. And now a few days later reviewing my bill again I now realize again the NO tire rotation was performed even though it was requested and I had a coupon that included a tire rotation I’ve been relying on the dealership where I purchased this vehicle to help maintain it for optimum performance but have lost all trust in this service department. More
