I contacted them about a used vehicle on their lot that I saw online. I set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day. The next morning, I had a phone call from the salesman confirming my appointment ti saw online. I set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day. The next morning, I had a phone call from the salesman confirming my appointment time. I then made the two hour drive from my house to the dealership. My salesman greeted me and said he was currently with another customer so I was passed off to another individual. He grabbed some keys and went outside to retrieve the vehicle. About 20 minutes later, the salesman finally comes back to tell me that, “unfortunately the vehicle you came to see sold last night but we have a brand new model you can get instead!” I got very aggravated and thanked them for wasting my time and money. The salesman refused to admit it was a complete waste of my time. I then asked to speak to the salesman that called me earlier in the morning to confirm I was still coming. I asked him why he couldn’t have told me the vehicle was no longer for sale and saved me all this time and effort. I told them no thank you and left. They called me almost immediately from multiple lines and convinced me to come back to see the brand new model and they would get it down close to the price of the used model I originally wanted to see. I went back only for them to take $500 off the price which made it ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE NEAR the price of the other one. Also, it was extremely frustrating when I decided not to buy the vehicle and asked for my car keys, which the appraisers still had HOURS after being finishing the assessment. This ENTIRE experience was terrible and I will never return to this dealership. More

I HAVE HAD A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR 3 YEARS AGO AND IT STILL IS NOT FIXED!!!!!! AND THEN THIS WEEK WE ARE UNDER A GEAT WARNING AND MY AIR IS NOT WORKING AND THEY SAID SORRY WE CAN FIX IT IN 10 DAYS MAYBE…DID NOT OFFER A LOANER CAR OR ANYTHING AND I HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN!!!I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI More
