I never feel like the service department is trying to up-sell me on things my car doesn't need, either. They know my driving habits and pay attention to what my specific needs are. Always a pleasure dealing with them and I highly recommend going to this dealership if you're anywhere within a reasonable distance. More
This place is hit or miss with wait time and their customer service. Prior to my last visit, service was EXTREMELY prompt, courteous, and efficient. However my last visit was horrible. I couldn't f customer service. Prior to my last visit, service was EXTREMELY prompt, courteous, and efficient. However my last visit was horrible. I couldn't find my car after they serviced it and my car settings were set back to factoty mode. I waited two hours for an oil change, and I was not provided with a new mileage/date sticker. I had to walk back in to request one. People who came way after me left before me. Overall, poor experience this time around. More

Understaffed, inept and do not address requested concerns. Gave me a tuneup and oil change for $600 after I expressed concern with the brakes, warning signals on the dash and the speedometer racing concerns. Gave me a tuneup and oil change for $600 after I expressed concern with the brakes, warning signals on the dash and the speedometer racing to 100 mph while driving. I am now having the car correctly fixed for $1500 with a trustworthy mechanic. The Hyundai reps let me drive away with a belt in threads and brakes not fixed. Was told the brakes were "fine" and when asked about the belt he replied"we can only see the belt from one side". Amazing my personal mechanic was able to see it from both sides... Hyundai left the old o ring on the oil filter and added a 2nd. I was left with no oil in the engine and thankfully got it to a mechanic I could trust before I was left stranded and burned up the engine. When speaking to the Hyundai rep responsible for the last visit, he stated that there was nothing he could do to refund the money for the oil change that almost killed my engine or the tuneup they performed without addressing the tattered belt hanging by a thread-"we don't change that belt for a tuneup". He stated that "if we refunded money to everyone that has issues afterwards without Hyundai doing the continued work, we'd have a problem" and implied that I was one of many looking for a payday. Logically, I chose not to go back to the Hyundai dealership for more of the same. More
I brought my car in Monday evening for a recall software upgrade that was supposed to take less than an hour to a few hours maximum. Had to leave the car overnight. I heard nothing by mid afternoon the next day so I tried to call the dealership three times, twice it told me 'service department not available' and went to voice-mail, the third time someone answered but put me on hold then it went to voice-mail. I had to go to the dealership in person that evening to take my car back (which had not even been touched), because I needed it first thing the next morning to drive to a doctor appointment. Zero communication from the service department and what was supposed to take a few hours max never even happened. More
