Wow, did these guys exceed my expectations! They knew I was coming to see a 2020 Ford Explorer for the 1st time. They had the vehicle right outside the front door cleaned and ready to be shown. Hunter Landry was the Manager who delivered the numbers to me explaining what the sale price was and how much my trade was worth. Dropped car off night before for an 8am appointment Service was listed as a hour and a half procedure. Service agent didn’t come in till noon. Tecnician scheduled for service wasn’t there. However, I should have been contacted up front and given the chance to reschedule. My appointment had been on the books for 3 weeks due to my personal commitments. Not having my car for my afternoon commitments required others to adjust their schedule and my daughter to leave work early. Exactly what I waited 3 weeks to avoid. More
