Everyone at the dealership was very professional. Mike met me on the lot, and we spoke for a few moments for him to understand why I was there. I already had my eye on the Hybrid Sonata before arriving, so he took me on a test drive where he showed me some of the features of the car. When we returned to the lot, we went inside to discuss terms. I had checked Kelly Blue Book's web site previously, and the price that I was initially offered was in line with what was to be expected. The finance manager's spiel was low key and professional. He offered me a variety of options to enhance the value of my purchase but did not push on anything. Mike then completed the "tour" of the new car's features after all of the papers were signed. I was very pleased with the whole experience. More

The test drive was more than acceptable and the salesperson only spoke during the drive when we asked questions. I dislike pushy salespeople who feel it necessary to talk during the complete test drive. Joseph did and excellent job of reading the customer and giving you exactly what you need.
