I already had my eye on the Hybrid Sonata before arriving, so he took me on a test drive where he showed me some of the features of the car. When we returned to the lot, we went inside to discuss terms. I had checked Kelly Blue Book's web site previously, and the price that I was initially offered was in line with what was to be expected. The finance manager's spiel was low key and professional. He offered me a variety of options to enhance the value of my purchase but did not push on anything. I felt the staff was professional and gave my wife and I adequate time to ask any and I found making the purchase of my new Hyundai Sonata pleasant. The test drive was more than acceptable and the salesperson only spoke during the drive when we asked questions. I dislike pushy salespeople who feel it necessary to talk during the complete test drive. Joseph did and excellent job of reading the customer and giving you exactly what you need.
