I appreciate that they were respectful of the time I set for my appointment. Everybody there was cordial and polite. The waiting room is a bit spartan but had all I needed! The whole transaction went very smooth and everyone was on point to make it happen. I am a little disappointed that I have not gotten my second remote nor have I been contacted for my spray in bed liner li on point to make it happen.
